Vinny was once a DIK... and we don't know the circumstances of him leaving. Could he have a reason to screw with them? He didn't get in the safe, but what was he trying to get out of it? Money, car keys, the laptop? The last time the laptop got taken, it ended up being found in his old room. That night, the MC ran into Nick sitting alone in that room, staring out the window, but saying he was "looking" for the laptop. He could have run into Vinny there, saw what he was doing, and because they're friends... just let him go without telling anybody.
Vinny also has beef with Quinn. At the time of when the "blackmail" photos were dropped off at the Alpha's house, taking out the DIKs (and the Alphas) would have put a huge dent in her drug dealing business. He's a psychopath... and now that he lost the Pink Rose girls, he's kidnapping students.
So, to say Vinny has NOTHING to do with anything that happens at B&R is not entirely true. I'm not saying he is involved with the shit that's going on, but you can't exactly rule him out either.

I decided to try a full-asshole run through the game, just to see what the consequences of the MC’s actions would be if they were just the worst actions. This screenshot makes me think Jamie's hiding his sexuality for real. Him being this closeted & hellbound to Dany and her calling him a "person" in Gender Studies mean she knows he's non-binary and is probably using it. Coupled with him having lost his phone by Ep4, my guess is Dany took Jamie's phone.
Probably a few years too late, but it might be something. Really makes me think how deep theories about the dormies can go. Same goes for Avery, Tara, etc.

Same. You don't just drop a new episode of the hottest AVN to date with one of your most popular side characters next to your "MGs" hinting at a bigger story/role for her, then just off her. There's the assurance that the game's not as dark as AL, but so far with rampant whoring, drugging, cheating, blackmailing, abusing, etc. it's not so clear where Riona's story can go.

Isn't Riona storyline turning out to fit "Pretty Woman" trope, where MC comes in and drags her out of whole whore-drug mud she's into?
I'd say her whole abduction will end up Vinny demanding for her to give him answers on Quinn and either Quinn herself or MC arriving on a white horse to save her and have another face-off with Vinny.
If he's the main badboy in here - getting to save sidegirl is a good way to show that the stakes are getting higher. Saying, saving Riona at this point(if it happens with MC's help) would be somewhat equivalent to Luke destroying Death Star in terms of story development.
Then comes in the Entire Strikes Back phase...)

I hope y’all know I altered that scene for the “screenshot.” In the original Jamie is talking about the jocks, and fucking their tight muscular assholes.
If you read his letter to Dany in Rusty’s laptop (assuming you poked around the laptop at all when Rusty let the MC look at it) you’d notice Jamie really hates Dany’s insistence on gender-neutering everything. He’s a man, goddamnit; not a “person.”
And it’s entirely possible he’s a bisexual man. But still a man. Just because you go for either gender, it doesn’t therefore mean you identify as neither gender. Same as the many, many bisexual girls in the game; damn near all of them are bi!—or at least willing to fuck other girls. Because it is fiction after all: they’re bi only to keep the players’ horny options open. In real life, your girlfriend is statistically never gonna agree to a threeway. Not even when she’s very, very drunk.
One of my former clients was a male-to-female transsexual (had the surgery and everything). And she loudly objected to neutral pronouns—which religious conservatives, and people who otherwise object to transsexuality, kept inflicting on her. They didn’t want to say she was a “she”; they knew she wasn’t properly a “he” anymore; so they tried to be somewhat inoffensive and say “they.” But it was offensive—to her. She chose her gender, and wanted it acknowledged.
Jamie likewise identifies as male, and Dany calling him “my person” offends him. If she knows it bugs him and does it anyway, she’s an asshole, but it’s far more likely Jamie is keeping his mouth shut in the hopes she’ll fuck him. The real problem is he has no spine. He might grow one when Leon finally declares his love for him, but DPC might be saving that for the final episode as a happy ending.
