Getting rid of Maya would be easy. When Derek is passed out from vodka pooper plugs, steal his phone, take a video of Maya and Josy sleeping together, then send the video to Patrick. On your way out of her dorm, steal a pair of Maya's bra & panties, and while Derek is still blacked out, dress him up in them shits... then just watch the fireworks. Oh, and be sure to give Derek's his phone back to him as well.

It would probably go down like this... Patrick will show up at the dorm to catch the girls together, and after Maya finds out it was the video that "Derek" sent that tipped him off, she'll storm off to the DIKs to confront Derek, who she will find still asleep & in her underwear.
