You can always make choices that advance the other characters over Maya/Josy. Sex with them can already be avoided. But I seriously doubt that any of us will be able to avoid all contact with them. That pair is an integral part of the game, just like the other three LI's are. We won't be able to avoid any of them, any more than we can avoid Quinn or Chad or Tybalt or Tommy or any number of other NPCs.

Unless one is dead set on getting a nice epilogue with a particular girl, whether that girl is a LI or not might not be that detrimental to the content we get as far as Jade and Quinn are concerned. Jade has a good amount of screen time and Quinn I would argue, is the 3rd most important female character in the game. She's crucial to the plot, unlike, say Sage or even fan favorite Jill.
That would be great if that was to happen but I believe these girls will only play a role in the actual storyline and that's it yeah we may get something brief at the end telling us what happens to them just to end their story and sadly I don't see the MC being a part of that he will play a role in their parts of course just not the endings that some of us want to see, but DPC is probably going to be far more invested in the five main Li's more than anything else. I wish I could be more positive about side girls getting something but I've prepared myself for them getting the college girls treatment from AL.
