Quinn is definitely being dishonest and deceptive with a lot of the stuff she's told Riona but the ones who claim that she's "forcing" Riona to do anything are pretty much saying the same shit that Joshy92 is when he says that some man is forcing the whores in Being a DIK to be the way they are. Nobody's forcing her to do anything, she's being led to believe that this is the only path that she can realistically go down in college but it was her own choice to believe that to begin with.

Your also forgetting the Mona conversation where she uses threats as a manipulation tactic to keep her scared and quiet. While those who know her may understand it's all a bluff the new recruits do not. Hence why she tried to stay from Lily when Lily called her out on it.

No, it isn't. It's her persuading and manipulating Riona to do what she wants her to do. That's not "forcing" her to do anything because there's no threats or use of force involved at all. Yes, she's exploiting and deceiving her but I haven't seen Riona be forced into doing anything at all from what we've seen so far.
