A .ttf file is a font, try googling it and downloading it, if you do that then the game should work.
I definitely think it was something along the lines of them drunkenly making out after a wine night.

I'm probably reading too much into it, but I get the feeling that whatever happened, Bella holds Jill responsible, or blames her at least. Considering how defensive Jill got, it's not the first time it's been discussed, nor will it be the last.

The current version includes the interlude. Did you ever played s1 and s2 which is a one large file of a game. Assuming you played it and finished the game to a specific L.I. the game will asked you to save the game for importing in s3. You should have multiple save files for diffent L.I. Then by starting the s3 the game will ask for the import file.
Unless you do not have the import file you cannot start s3 or you have a corrupted import file
