S3 is Eps 9-10 (and the Interlude). The front page link for 9-10 is to take you from 9 to 10, for those who already have Ep9, rather than having to download S3 which will mean downloading both 9 and 10. That link should probably join those hidden a bit more in spoilers, tbh, as the number of people who already have Ep9 but not Ep10 must be pretty insignificant by now...

You'd have to use the same mod in S3 (and each time a new update comes out, you'd need to wait for the mod to be updated). This game's dev is particularly anti-mod and puts code in to try and prevent them. The modders get around it, but it takes them a bit more work to do so each time.

I would just recommend that you don't use that mod to choose multiple paths for S3 (e.g., both Sage and Maya/Josy) because that's where it will start to cause problems as the game isn't built for that.
