Although I personally believe that these paths are still intertwined. There is a possibility that they can diverge. Particularly with Nicole/Envy's path. You can likely get away with being with all of them for the rest of the season. Not sure about anything past that though. We'll have to wait and see. If they end up diverging, I'll have saves for them in the future, just not at the moment.

Quinn does indeed reject you if you're with MJ. You can't help her after she's mugged, and you can't have the threeway with her and Sage either.

If I remember correctly, the threesome is tied to the Sage branch, so it can happen even if player on MJ path
The threesome is indeed only available on the Sage path. But for Quinn to agree to it, you need to be Neutral/DIK, and can't also be on Jill or MJ's path.
