This is honestly not a game where I expected to find such insane plot holes and contrivances as ones that this update has introduced. Let me get this straight, Josy and Maya have been dating since way before they met MC. Both of them confessed that to him on multiple occasions without naming their "boyfriends" which is completely irrelevant neither of them owed shit to him. Both Maya and Josy cheat on each other with MC, something they can be mad at each other for.

Now what is MC mad at? Because his plan to romance both parties was ruined by a coincidence? He feels betrayed? Isn't he the one who pursues relationship with both girls while trying to hide it? Neither of them hid the fact that they had partners from MC, he was the only one who hid anything.

The reaction from MC in this episode is so out of the blue and artificial it makes 0 sense whatsoever. But lets pretend that he's actually mentally ill and for some reason thinks that he was betrayed. Why in the world is everyone, including Josy and Maya who both have first hand knowledge of everything that happened indulge in MC's delusions? Are they all suddenly deranged since the start of the episode?

Utter shite, is what this is.

We all pretty much agree that the MC was overreacting during this episode. From there to say "such insane plot holes" is an overstatement. And I've been very critical with the library scene here.

The insane plothole to me is not the reaction of the MC but how Josy and Maya react. It's fine that everyone else thinks that something terrible happened to MC, considering how he acts you would think that his whole family has just been murdered. But those two's reaction is completely out of this world absurd.

If you said it's bad writing I could agree with you, it makes no sense that Josy goes from being about to break up with Maya and move with the MC to friendzone the MC, among other things. But it's not a plot hole, a plot hole is something else.

I consider it a plot hole because MC unquestionably cheated on both of them and hid that but neither of them ever recognize that fact when they discover it. It would be bad writing if they were okay with it. They never even mention that MC has cheated on them. It's like this plot point has been lost, creating a plot hole.

MC definitely overreacted with what happened, and for me he doesn't have all the right to get mad like that as he was also involved with the cheating thing. But what pisses me off is how Maya and Josy acted after that mess, they just chose to reconcile and make out in an "instant" even after the fact that they knew they cheated with the same guy. I just lost all my care for them, anyways I've got my Jill with me, I'm happier that way.

Yeah, that's not what a plot hole is. And no, the MC didn't cheat on anybody. You can't cheat if you're not in a relationship :WeSmart: . Josy and Maya did cheat on each other and forgave each other too easily, that's something I have a problem with. But the MC didn't cheat, and you get the option to tell both J&M you're fooling around with other girls (or not). Where's the cheating there?

First, plot hole is literally any impossible or unlikely event or inconsistency with the plot, so yes it definitely is one. Secondly, it matters not at all that you have an option to tell them that "you're fooling around" because you have an option not to as I did and that changed fuck all in their reaction to what happened. Thirdly I understand that porn games have completely rotted the minds of people in here but if MC tries to pursue relationship with 2 girls and fucks one of them while having done a bunch of sexual things and coming close to having sex with the other one he indeed is cheating on both of them. You don't have to to get a government certified license that would recognize you as a couple before you can cheat on someone.

I just finished my recent run of BaDIK and I have been taking screenshots of a lot of things that I want to talk about in a long theory post that I will try to talk about multiple subjects at once. I will include the images with it so it's gonna be a big ass post and I'm not sure if I'm looking forward to writing it. I also have to decide to not be lazy enough to write it but I hope I'll get around to it at some point. This forum has been dry lately of theories and discussions regarding things in the game, so I want to hopefully reignite some people to get involved.(y)

The MC is not engaged with one of the girls so he hasn't cheat. He can date others(on one of my playthrough i avoided the sex with Josy because the MC wanted something serious and was waiting for Josy to break up with her "boyfriend". If you play the "casanova" path he overacted and can admit it during a dialogue. This is called role-play). The cheaters are both Maya and Josy. The triangle it's temporary and you will lose both girls in the end or maybe get engaged with Josy. I don't think that this is a plot hole but yes need more develop and it's impossible to end like that(this game it's still in develop and is not finished). Both these girls are like lost sheep and can be corrupted. The MC is there for "save" both or one of the girls if he want.

I'll adress those by order.

No, a plot hole is a glaring contradiction of something previously stablished. Jill working in the Pink Rose could be a plot hole, because it contradicts everything preiously stablished for the character. Josy, Maya and the MC reacting the way they did doesn't contradict their personalities or anything. Bad writing? Maybe. But not a plot hole.

Telling them you're foolin around with other girls or not is irrelevant. Josy is on a relationship and Maya is only asking you to help her, neither of them demanded exclusivity from you. It's not cheating. Even Jill agrees with me.

And lastly, people in this thread are very sensible and discuss about pretty much anything peacefully. Saying that porn games corrupted our minds is disrespectful towards me and the others. You're entitled to your opinion, but you can express it without insulting others.

Well, Jill is the perfect woman. When she said that, it didn't surprise me. Beautiful and with the best personality for my opinion. Anyway, both Maya and Josy are cheater(but with different reasons) but i don't think it's a plot hole like i said. Need more develop and people can't expect that every questions got answers in one season.

It surprised me. I would have expected her to not like it. Even if it's not cheating she could be disappointed in the MC and could not want to date him anymore, I didn't expect her to have that point of view.
