I suppose Bella might be considered a prude since she generally disapproves of open displays of sexuality, even when they do not (directly) involve her. But that word is so overused and highly charged I generally just ignore it in internet debates.
As for Bella being a tease, that one is nonsense. She has told the MC to stop hitting on her every time he tries it. 4-5 months if we're lucky, 6 if we're not... or more, althought I doubt it. Absolutely doubt anything below a wait of at least 4 months, but DPC surprised me with the release being late May, when I was expecting early June. We'll see.

I like this one! It fits what we know and avoids duplicating whatever happened to Mona. It might even tie in with Derek climbing in through the top floor. If Ashley saw him (or let him in herself) that might be the trigger. (It would paint Derek in a rather negative light if he he brushed her off when she started crying.)
Another interesting theory. Dany certainly has a motive, but does she really have ready access to the DIK mansion? From everything we've seen, Jaime keeps her far away from the DIKs.
