In theory, I guess Maya because she's been pretty consistently awesome throughout the game IMHO whereas Josy was a step behind Maya until my second playthrough when her character really 'clicked' for me. But in practice I'm not sure I could handle breaking the two up and going with only one. It's both or bust for me.

I think it will mostly tie into the behind the scenes stat that influences which is Jill’s jealously. Alone it seems kinda hard to capitalise on but as a factor that plays into the greater idea of her jealously it has legs.
How that plays out could be interesting. I’m always a contrarian with these things and hate the “porn logic” so many games follow of a jealous girl means she’s just more desperate for MC cock.
I’m kinda hoping there’s a balance here. A little jealously is fine, good even, but shower her in constant proof you’re balls deep in half the campus on a regular basis and she starts feeling neglected and resentful.
I liked the scene where Josy comforts Jill in the bathroom after she notices how many people recognised MC’s junk. It drove home for Jill how intimate MC is being with Josy and potentially Sage (I’ll have to replay the scene but she definitely looks over at Sage as she chuckles about it being the MC).
I hope jealous Jill is used as a negative thing, something to avoid if you’re on her path, not some tawdry catalyst to jump start Jill being as sexual as everyone else by her going all jealous horny sex fiend to win her man over via her vagina.
Personally, I hope Jill's jealousy will be an opportunity with different outcomes. I agree that it shouldn't simply get her all hot and bothered for the MC, but it just seems like such a great opportunity to explore how Jill feels about an MC who isn't what she expected a theoretical boyfriend to be.
A mildly DIK-ish MC could nudge Jill to be a little more adventurous. A seriously DIK-ish MC might eventually realize how much his behavior hurts Jill and he can decide to be more restrained for her sake (though it might be too late for that given the way the permanent affinity system is working). An unrepentant DIK should eventually result in Jill dressing the MC down before dumping him next to Tybalt in her REJECTED pile.
I just know that the scene with Jill and Josy in the bathroom worked 1000x better than all the blackmail nonsense, so sign me up for more of that!
As others mentioned, back in Episode 3 the MC had a chance to offer to help Maya complete her Scavenger Hunt. If he offers (and you stay with Maya at the end of the episode instead of cashing in on the Quinn/Riona threesome), Maya and Josy will only have 3 items left on the list during their scene in Episode 6. If the MC never offers (or bails on her), then Josy will have to put in overtime to cover those items in Episode 6; that's where the missing 50% is.
For my Maya/Josy and Jill runs, I'm happy to pick up RPs and show some affection to others, but the chosen girl(s) are the only ones the MC pursues sexually. I was going to make a Sage run too, but I'm a bit less enthusiastic after the way her non-fuck buddy route played out in Episode 7 (i.e. the exact same). Someday I'll probably create a Bella route, too, but not until we get some idea just what the hell happened to her.
Otherwise, my runs just go with whatever makes sense for the character involved. (Special shout out to Maya/Josy for psychically protecting my "romance all the main girls" run from the Cathy trap, BTW!)
There's about a 0% chance Sage doesn't find out about Quinn's dirt. It's pretty unbelievable that Sage doesn't know about it already, that's why people were theorizing that True Colors would reveal that Sage knew about the drugs and prostituting all along. Didn't pan out that way though. I think if Sage goes nuclear on Quinn and boots her, it'd be Heather (Sage and Heather are in the Rooster picture declaring the ep 7 party a success and Heather seems to have a streak of authority to her). Maybe Elena too, I mean there are responsible HOTs around. Lily as a wildcard but I don't see Sage going for that unless Lily makes a really good case for herself, which isn't out of the realm of possibility.
That's all assuming Sage has the power to boot Quinn at all. The possibility of a HOT insurrection has been mentioned before, Quinn has built her own little power base within the HOTs while Sage's back was turned and if leadership goes to a vote, Quinn would probably win because of her blackmailing material.
I personally think Sage will find out about Quinn and try to boot her, but Quinn will have too many supporters and Sage will have to back down and cede leadership quietly otherwise the HOTs will be publicly destroyed. Makes for an interesting conflict that way, especially since MC has known about Quinn's prostitution since literally day 1 of getting to B&R and never told Sage about it.
You actually don't have to pay for the scene with Rio. I chose the 'get it for free' option and it worked. I chose to give her money at some point in previous episodes and I guess that let me get a freebie from her. And no, it wasn't because of Quinn. I actually asked Quinn for a freebie with Cammy.
In future chapters they should give us the option to continue with her or not (it would probably break her heart), so there you could avoid her. But if you don't want to see her cry for MC, you better start over.

Finally a Tier list I can almost completely agree with. Switch up Camila with Jill and it'd be perfect... or no, I have a better idea, switch Jill and Bella.

I like both girls, I have always had them on an even level.
Sexually I have always liked Josy, and sentimentally I have liked Maya.
But in this last chapter, that has changed because they have brought us closer to Josy in a more sentimental way and I think that for now she is more complete than Maya.
So I would choose Josy.
By the way, I really like Sage too.
For me a difficult decision would be between Josy and Sage.
