What happened in Ep.5 with renders ? Why dev deleted/didnt add some ? And what again with render count at ep 8 ? Maybe I misunderstood the table.

How can I explain without spoiler you but in general EP5 was a sex marathon so it has more animations than chapter 4 and less renders

I think there is no deleted renders. The board shows the number of renders in each specific episode. It's not added from the previous ones.
Ep. 5 is just the only one not as big as the one before it.

Personally, I think Sage has the more believable and better body. Victoria was "easy" for me to ignore, but I regret not having my MC pursue Sage.

The render count for each chapter is not cumulative, it says how many renders are in just that chapter. So chapter 4 added 2532 new renders while chapter 5 added 2456, so there were 3% less new renders in chapter 5 compared to 4. Note that there was a 17% increase in animations instead.

I find the chick walkthrough on Jill's path pretty boring. Be nice to her and don't take any chances. Obviously, only a wild passage will be able to reveal the full depth of Jill. For example, she could use her money and power to eliminate competitors.
But this will not happen. Jill's path is as romantic, sugary and safe as possible. I don't like Jill. This is just a rich and exemplary girl from a good family. And the funny thing is that she's not cute. She cares excessively about the main character and this only annoys me more.
There are clubs of haters of girls on the forum. Sign me up for Jill's haters club. Even the Magnar's girlfriend is more cute than Jill.

Be careful for resident raccoons... They tend to get aggressive

Interesting. I am currently halfway through my first play-through of COBD. For me it isn't just the render quality, I like the way the character development plays out with DPC/BaDIK.
So far, in COBD I think they could have done more to make you care a bit more for Victoria. Still though, enjoying the story.

I am looking at the pattern DPC releases the new preview. I think He is just too focused on the development of other parts. I reckon there are only 2 or 3 more previews left as Ep7 had 13 previews whereas Ep6 had 10 previews.
