7000 pages late for this but does anyone else find it weird the game is called Being a DIK but 4/5 of the main girls prefer/require you to be a CHICK

10/10 game overall, just can't imagine doing more than 1 DIK playthrough to get Sage and some side girl stuff.
The DIK in the game title doesn’t refer to the affinity, but rather the fraternity. In that sense the title is quite fitting.

Right, I figured that was very obvious. I meant more of the content split. You can actively pursue 4/5 of the main girls while getting all of their scenes and still do a fair bit of side girl stuff as a CHICK. As a DIK on the other hand you gain Sage and not much else. I guess the funny dialogue?

You right. You right. DPC would never have straight up trash fiction.

*Looks at MC in episode 4*
*Looks at "muh rebound guy" MC in ep7*

...oh.
Haha I know you want to be sarcastically funny with your 2 comments, but you know what I meant ;)
Not everything DPC writes is good but that one theory might be even worse than the whole Dungeons & Dragons saga.

Nah I take my words back, it can't be worse than that...

No, the point is DPC is not above shitty and contrived writing if need be. I don't personally think either of the chicks are related to the LI. But "its lame and shitty writing" is a lame and shitty reason to not think it will happen.

That's the one, thanks!

Bit of a stretch, don't you think? The chance of three 18 year olds of the same friend group getting pregnant in the same year seems a bit too slim and surely not a route DPC would follow.
Yeah, it is a bit of a stretch. Almost like its... fiction.

Oh shit.
You're right, many stories are based on forced, improbable coincidences.

the entire first season is based on a coincidence, statistically very improbable, which creates an interesting situation.

that's exactly the point, who were Lynette's friends when she was young what interesting situation should it generate?
if Lynette went to the movies with Maya's and Josy's mother what would change to us players? but also to MC itself what would change?

All right, at second review I now believe this is not an old photo MC finds, but an actual flashback scene (sadly). Greaaaat. Just what I wanted, to play as my own father. This is getting weirder and weirder. The real icing on the pinkcake would be if, after you're forced to watch Neil nut inside, Lynette looks at Neil pov (the camera) and says, let's name our beloved son MC. If it's a beautiful girl, name her Rose. Totally not a stripper name. Then the twins are separated at birth. Oh, and at the moment of ejaculation, pov switches to MC view...as a spermatozoa. Sliding down the fallopian tube like a summer water ride.

Anyway, these girls clearly aren't posing for a photo. They should have happy smiles if they are having a photo taken. Also, they are positioned with their bodies slightly to the side...as if they were walking along and then suddenly accosted in the street by a perverted construction worker. The girl on the right seems startled. Dead mom seems puzzled. And only the girl on the left seems mildly intrigued.

Sure, I agree with that point. I was just referring to that theory.

You do seem to be frustrated with DPC for whatever reason
Tell me, what did that evil man do to you?
Right. Because pointing out stupid logic using relevant examples means I must be frustrated.

That you resort to ad hominem like this speaks far more to your state of mind than mine.

I honestly think they're unrelated to the current cast. Maybe they'll show up at some point in the present, tell MC stories of his younger parents. Like, there's that theory that Neil is gonna die, right? Them showing up at the funeral or post-funeral makes sense.

And really, them being Maya and Josy's mom gains nothing other than some flimsy destiny crap like Maya/Josy/MC throuple was always meant to be.

something has to happen to make the space given to the diary make sense, simply anticipating the existence of some characters isn't enough in my opinion, we didn't need the diary to know that Lynette and Neil knew other people before MC was born, and it wouldn't be particularly flattering to them either that they remained hidden while the very poor MC was being raised by the very poor and forgetful Neil.

I always dread the overdramatic turn....

Since when is deflecting a theory that is unlikely to happen "stupid logic"?

I'm just trying to understand the hostile approach of yours, that's all. Pretty sure my state of mind is fine since the topic concerns a... porngame...
Oh well, have a nice day/evening. Time to put an end to this useless argument. :)
