Everyone has their own tastes, but I have frequently been surprised at what titles get high ratings on this site, and even occasionally surprised when I love something that few others seem to appreciate. I happen to value some level of realism in my adult content. Obviously just about all porn requires some suspension of disbelief, but some games are just totally absurd, either because of the plot or (more commonly) because the characters behave in a way that virtually no human being would actually behave.
For what it's worth, here are a few other games not yet mentioned that I've really enjoyed, along with a brief reason why:
A Wife and Mother: no fancy plot or anything, just a very well done story of a wife and mom who finds herself struggling to resist sexual temptations from virtually everyone she meets. It's a slow burn, which can be frustrating in porn, but it's more realistic (less unrealistic, at least) this way, which for me makes it wonderfully erotic.
Good Girl Gone Bad: young college woman makes choices that make her "bad" or even stay good and get "better." Regardless of her path, she has sexual exploits along the way. It's well written, has great 2D art, and because of all the variations is eminently replayable.
Light of My Life: a single dad with two daughters struggling to deal with the loss of his wife (the daughters' mom). This is also a slow burn and some people don't like the character models, but I love the ratcheting up of the sexual tension with each encounter. The original artwork is gorgeous, even if the character models aren't traditionally beautiful.
Some of the other games already mentioned, like City of Broken Dreamers, are also good, even great, but just don't grab me as intensely.

music- COBD, did equal job regarding that issue and in graphics and animation COBD is way batter.
replay ability- There are lot of game that are repayable, I don't think this is even a argument.
I was exactly the opposite, back in late 2017 & early 2018 this site is full of mindless fapfest VN with little to no story, narrative or characterization. I didn't mind because I wasn't looking for anything but that. Then I saw Depraved Awakening and thought AVN could be something more. Then Acting Lessons appeared and it was the trigger that pulled into actually discussed stuff here instead of just asking "update when?" "how to unlock this scene?".
And finally, here comes BaDIK which for me is still the pinnacle of adult visual novel. Never it crossed my mind back then there would be something like Being A DIK on this site, Porn Visual Novel with AAA vibe. And I agree with your sentiment that BaDIK ruins 99% other VNs for me.
I would like to agree with you but there are some game story wise that are far more detailed and realist then bid, but they will never be that popular because their graphics is not that good, I f i chose to include character development, emotion and not being a daily soap with story, My real desire is far better then bid but off-course not in graphics. In sex scene only one scene in bid beats MRD that is mc and quinn at rainy night.

So a lot of games that were listed were sub-optimal. The appeal for many of those is a different take on some particular aspect of AVN, but a lot is just the same ho-hum swill that fills the halls of this hallowed establishment. Absolutely no bad intent intended by saying that. Just a fact.
That said there are quite a few games, some were mentioned, that I think are more deserving of praise, and some were not even mentioned. WVM though.... OMG. WTF?
Timestamps. Pretty much a high bar that I do not think DPC has met on story. Renders are great for Timestamps also. Was not even mentioned. Can replay many times. Has kinks and pleasures not explored much of anywhere else... and some great characters. A better Quinn than Quinn even.
A.O.A. I think it has a lot of potential. The girls are appealing, but it is a long way from BaDIK
Heavy Five was not mentioned. It won so many awards this year it is crazy, and it is a much better, albeit very different story, with lots of replay. Notty is a genius.
Leap of Faith, fabulous story, fabulous main character which DPC certainly does NOT have in either of his stories, great wingman, which DPC is a master of. Renders are good, Animations are Good. Those are points where DPC outshines just about everyone though.
Rebirth-Far better story. Renders are good. No animations. But the story is much better.
Alexandra- again great AVN. Not quite DPC level of renders but story is better.
Become a Rockstar..... well..... I like it... not sure it reaches any of the plateaus needed... but I like it.
Sadly abandoned but still fucking great for the genre is The Gift Reloaded.
Light of my Life.... in places heavy..in others hilarious... Renders are unique and in that regard I like that, and feel like that represents some next level talent.
Sisterly Lust.......It does what that fuck ICSTOR will never do, and it does it so much better. I like the story, and IF I had hot relatives I might consider doing exactly that.. As it is, mine are old and shriveled lol.
City of Broken Dreamers is pretty awesome. Not sure I could do multiple plays tho.... Story and Renders and all are top notch.

BaDIK sets a very high bar for artwork and animations. The bar for story is much lower, but at times entertaining, and as long as DPC behaves himself, it will be enough of a story to allow his artwork to carry this game to great heights, but that is what will do the lifting, because the story doesn't do it.
Fully Agree ! I know bid is a daily soap on brown dust that is why most guys click here, Including me. I know a game like a mother's love is also equal to bid in story and is greater in "love scene" not just fucking. Also acting lesson is better in story department then bid. there are quite a lot good game like : University of Problems , leap of faith, intertwined.

In the episode 6 there is a girl who appeared only once seconds
Then i stood for a while and focused on her and found that she looks very much like the girl in the previous DPC game
She's the nurse as far as i remember if i'm not mistaken and everyone knows that the ending with her or her events was not happy
But here in this game she is very similar to Sage
I'm not saying it's her sister because she didn't mention anything about her family
All of her talk was about her feelings when she was sad and so on
I just wanted to make sure that this girl really looks like the nurse in the previous game

I know that the appearance of that girl so far does not mean anything and perhaps a coincidence
But for the DPC, there is nothing by coincidence, even if it is seconds. I also try to remember that the events of that girl, i mean the nurse in the previous game, were not many, they hardly appeared, but in the end a lot of things are revealed about her
What made me talk about that girl is that the DPC made her dress well and make her better than any main girl in the game
And finally, like everyone else, I can't wait to play Episode 8, especially after the last preview

The initial reason for me to make this timeline was to chart how far we were in the school year by the end of episode 7 and whether there was any validity in the theories that EP 8 would end with the Halloween party. Considering we're only about 4 weeks in and are thus probably in either late September or the first week of October at this point, I find it difficult to imagine EP 8 to cover much of a month to get to Halloween.
On a more serious note, I enjoyed making this timeline and am looking to expand upon it if people were interrested. I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to chart out, DPC is clearly using an agenda or timeline of his own to plan the game out and make events fit within a week"
I can't imagine what will be the main freeroam with a lot of sex in episode 8 except for Halloween. I don't think that Jill's concert will attract HOTs and MC will fuck Sage while Jill plays the piano. Yes, the time jump will look somewhat strained, but the developer has already hinted several times. For example, MC said that you need to focus on studying. Perhaps, as in episode 4, the Halloween party will continue in episode 9 where you will need to accept the choices you have made.

I was being a tad bit hyperbolic when I suggested all the other games were shit. Heaps of them are a lot of fun.
One game that I almost wrote off completely at the beginning was What a Legend. But it has really grown into something. It has the polish of a very professional adventure game that just happens to have a strong sexual overtones.
When the game reads like it's been written by a grade schooler, I lose interest. One of BaDIK's strengths is just how well the dialogue is presented - definitely not written by a horny kid. The Deluka Family almost turned me off with its writing, except for Luna's backstory, that felt like it was written by a completely different person than the rest of the game.
CoBD's music is just haunting Blade Runner-esque music that only sets a pseudo-sad tone throughout the game (except the sex scenes get funky). BaDIK's music placement is another level altogether, it heightens just about every scene.
There isn't another game here that I can play a second time that I can sit through everything again. BaDIK is the only exception for me.
About grammar : There is a different then full shit and bit mistake, saying or highlighting those mistake is just too much. There is a difference between game tone and grammar. While I never mention that game or i will not comment on that game because i haven't played that game yet.
About other game are shit : It's your opinion man. I got nothing against it.
music in big _ what impact does is make when mc is drinking beer and music changes or in free room. As common choices , in party, happy moment or emotional scene music goes as it supposed to. Just like cobd.
Music according moment is can be done in game that have those moments and that will have impact but dev have to buy music before professional use. That where shit gets hairy.
Imagine intertwined with music level of bid, same or may be better moments and have more impact.

The problem with these games is that ability to write is the least important quality needed to make one.
Now this is going to be controversial, but, even that Luna flashback scene in The Deluca family is boring. People only like it for the shock factor. Which is why that scene was written. To shock readers more than anything. But it's a fun game overall. Same with CoBD and BaDIK.

I think COBD is one of the best on F95, from a technical standpoint. Everything looks and feels amazing. It's like you're really in that cyberpunk setting. That said, it has never taken hold of me like BaDIK has. I don't obsess about it after I finish playing like I do with BaDIK. I play once, enjoy it, but promptly forget about it until the next update. COBD should be my favourite because it has everything that I coould possibly want in a game, but for some reason it's not. For now, Desert Stalker is #1 and BaDIK is #2. COBD is somewhere on the top ten list, but further down.
DPC has a chance to regain his top rank position if he doesn't pull any "rebound guy" shit like he did with ep. 7. If Madame is skippable and I don't have to watch my father pov fuck my mother in the next Lynette flashback then we're good. Top it off with my Halloween party and ep. 8 should be a winner.

Maya:
The good girl has a lot to worry about. The MC is her white knight. However, she has a big advantage over Quinn, Sage, Isabella and Jill. Maya is in a relationship with Josy.
Josy:
The MC has a crush on her and it's mutual. Josy actually won the catfight in EP1 and EP2. But we know DPC and he makes it exciting again in EP3 and EP4.
Those are actually the facts. Now in EP4 we find Bert's formula when the MC stays with Derek. Only in the Derek route the MC has 4 girls to choose from. With the Sage route, it's still 3 girls. But one girl is definitely Sage. With the Isabella route, only Isabella or Jill remain.
Bert's formula 1-3-2-4-3=4:
1-3-2-4 is season 01. It's actually quite simple.
EP1 (Individual Routes): This could be the beginning of deciding if there will be individual routes for Josy and Maya. It turns out that Josy and the MC have a crush on each other. But Josy is in a relationship, which holds the MC back. However, he is able to explicitly hug Maya. A breakup is already apparent. The MC gets to know all the banner girls and what Isabella cheerfully explained to us in her screenshots begins. All the banner girls begin to take an interest in the MC. "Limited Edition"
EP3 (Throuple 01): The MC and Maya are bonding more and more intensely. Then Josy comes and shocks our snowflake. But Josy and Maya learn that they are both interested in the MC. This makes them a couple, the first throuple is found. Not decided yet, just found for the player.
EP2 ( Josy, Maya and Sage): In EP1 Maya asks the MC if he prefers to go to a party or have a glass of wine with friends at home. In EP2, Josy asks the MC if he would rather drink wine or beer on a date. The two questions go together. Wine represents Royce. He definitely drinks wine on a date with Josy MC. Josy prefers Jill. But my MC wanted beer. The MC and Maya drink beer before making out. The MC also warned Maya about Quinn in EP2. Beer is Sage. EP2 is Josy, Maya and Sage decision. A little Bella still, but as I wrote, Isabella is a singles route.
EP4 (Josy, Maya and Jill): EP4 decides if there will be a romantic threesome of Josy, Maya and the MC. Obviously. But the MC has his date with Jill in EP4. Will she be romantically involved with the couple? I think there is a bomb hidden in her. A romance for all 4 is unlikely. But if we look at it now on the level of friendship between Josy, Maya and MC, it looks better.
Let's get to 3=4 of Bert's formula:
Josy and Maya should be seen as a LI in the romantic Throuple. Throuple, Jill, Sage= 3. On the singles routes, Josy and Maya are considered separate LI's. Josy, Maya, Jill, Sage= 4. Ergo, 3=4.
You're probably wondering what's going on? I think the MC can have sex with Josy, Maya, Jill and Sage without the risk of losing his favorite LI. In EP7, Sage and Jill change their strategy. Both choose Josy's hairstyle in the presence of the MC. Not the color, just the style. They bet on it, so that they come with it into a Throuple with Josy and the MC. Stupid only, that there is Maya. Sage recognizes first that the MC wants Josy and Maya. But that does not stop a Sage. Sage changes her strategy again. She helps Maya because she is the way to the heart of the MC. Because Sage helps Maya, the 3 will show their appreciation and let Sage join in. Why this? Sage is only in college for one more year. Maybe the four of them will have a movie night in the MC's room. He has a big TV and a couch now. There's a big bed in the next room. I'm curious about this "Walk of Shame".
So then the MC has Josy, Maya and Sage. How does then get to Jill. Isabella realizes in EP7 that she misjudged Sage. The MC helps Jill and Isabella against Tybalt. But the crucial thing is that Jill learns that Sage has a good soul. Also, Jill sacrifices herself for the MC. Josy and Maya will be grateful. When they both need their private time, the MC is allowed to take a walk with Jill and Sage. I am curious about this "Walk of Shame".
But the MC first has to dodge some stumbling traps in EP7. The first four have been known since EP2 and just need to be tied into the context of EP7.
Dawe:
Sage doesn't like Dawe, so the Jocks should be removed from the party in EP7. That sow always pisses in the pool. Hahaha.
Anthony Big A:
A= Ashley, Arieth.
Don't ask Ashley about the strawberry daiquiri. Big A is standing next to it. He already hit on Ashley where she was mad at Derek. The MC should not tell Big A what Josy likes to drink. But the MC should reunite Ashley and Derek. Why.
Big A= Big Anal with Dawe. I'll call it ass beer. And Arieth will be happy too because Big A dumped her for Ashley.
John:
John without hn = Jo, Jo with sy = Josy. Who turns on Josy in EP7? John. I know someone here in this thread who is punching John in the face right now.

Jimmy has a Poisonous Absinthe hand on his chest. Absinthe=Lily and Heather. Don't fuck Lily. It's fun, but it could have nasty consequences in EP8. Heather is a bitch. Don't give her the stuff. But by the MC telling Heather that Jimmy sleeps on her bed, their relationship gets better. Just don't tell Tommy. The MC can always play ignorant.
Now we've already debunked two out of three "#SisterslnCrime" from HOT's party. Now what about Melanie. The MC has to go into the room a second time to get rid of Chad uand Alex. Sarah and Melanie are left behind. There are two traps. If the MC talks to Melanie, she could tell Alex and Chad that the MC hit on her while they were out of the room. Not good. The second trap is from Melanie mean and Sarah wants to tickle the MC's balls a little. You see the key. Take it only when Alex and Chad are out of the room and Melanie is talking to Sarah, Who took the key. Maybe it was Alex and Chad. But the key is hiding something else. At the party, Sarah's not wearing any panties. What if the key also opens car doors? From Ep5 we know that Sarah once hid a used condom in Melanie's closet. Or was it the other way around?
Riona and Camila could also be a trap. The MC can definitely only make one happy through a drink. So I'm keeping my hands off both of them, as well as Becky. The MC also besides by removing the jocks sets up the new impossible task for hell week. As Jacob said. He is a legend.
