And DPC usually drop this , you have the first or second encounter, where the characters, or more specifically the girls have inner monologue during sex, but in the second or third time, once he shown this , HE drop this. MC may or may not still have a couple of inner thought, but usually it is a back and forth conversation between the characters, what is makes it more "real". - it is end up as a conversation about what they like or don't like, is this feels good or not.
