Clearly DPC is a psychic vampire, who revels in the wails of despair of his player base.
Why else would he put Quinn in the banner, give her a whole arc about getting feeling for the MC, and all the while keep saying she's a side girl?
The Universal Ren'Py Mod is great for modding and debugging. It isn't the best way to understand game mechanics, reading the scripts is. You can't console hack/mod the game effectively with URM or anything else if you don't know how the scripts work.
There isn't one. To understand how RenPy games work, you need to understand the code & engine behaviour. The only way to do that is the documentation, reading posts about RenPy development/coding, and looking at game scripts to see how devs do things. Start with some basic tutorials to understand how RenPy works.
Everyone, as you amply demonstrated by posting a huge list of variables you don't understand? Who do you think has time to document hundreds of variables & describe what they do? Keeping in mind most of them do nothing of interest. Only a few console hacks get posted, because only a few are useful enough to be requested. If you want to compile all the console hacks that have been posted, then go for it. Anything more complicated or specialised requires using mods, or digging around in the scripts yourself.
You previously said you already know the basics of using the console to change variables. The information you need to understand what variable to change, and how that will influence the game can only be found by understanding the scripts.
Explaining how to mod in any detail is well beyond the scope of a game thread. But here's a BaDIK specific example which has previously been discussed:

It would depend on just what actually happened. The situation as described by Maya (and/or DPC) is illegal as Patrick has effectively stolen Maya's money, but as has been pointed out, the situation also doesn't make much sense.
If we want to imagine other possibilities that could make sense, Patrick could have created a set of contracts where Maya signed up for a large loan as a lump sum, then handed the money over to him. If Patrick also had a way to call in the loan early, that would leave Maya on the hook for the money unless she plays along. That could potentially be a legal contract, though it would be a very suspicious one.
Of course Maya clearly didn't know what she was actually signing up for, and it's likely Patrick lied to her about it which would invalidate the contract. But proving that isn't a trivial undertaking if we assume Patrick is willing to fight it out in court; judges don't like to void contracts if they can avoid it. So it would really come down to how vigorously Maya could contest it.
All the more reason for her to start raising even moderate amounts of $.; even if it can't pay the full tuition, it would give her options. And I hear someone needs handymen...

DPC better fix sage route in the next episode because as thing stands she clearly just wants the mc as a friend with benefits.which pretty much makes it a one side plea of the mc almost begging sage to be with him.

MEGA upload, and change VPN servers every 5 Gb. Some people have been able to just turn the VPN on and off for a bit every now and then, but for me I had to keep the VPN on while it was downloading.

fuck there are doubts if William even existed or if his works where truly all his or if quite a few where not made by nobles who could not come out of authors of such works or females a true scandal, for the time!
what there is no doubt is what the story truly shows which is 2 family feuding going even into murder and risking civil war inside a city the 2 kids getting the hornies for each other placed upfront are there to give the story some levity instead of making people think what was really going on at the time politically with the ascension of the merchant class and how their constant feuds created massive social unrest!
you know how scholars know this? the families where already at odds before the kids saw each other and a feud was already going on or was about to start and that forbidden romance was just the trigger but not the powder that creates the explosion! (must check this, since its been a while since i last checked on this... not that i had any intent to return to it anyways!)
weird that 91 years afterwards you get the glorious revolution because the monarchy was unable to keep the social peace with all the feuding lords merchants and other groups which is whats presented in the play!
