Just need some advice.

I consider myself pretty healthy. However, just in case, should I buy myself a BaDIK themed casket in case I don't make it to the end of the series?

Health is irrelevant as your health can change a lot in the coming decades. What matters more is your age. If you're in your 20s you should be fine. Older, not so much.

An orange-and-black casket would look great, but don't forget to provide a minigame for the guests at the ceremony for the final farewell.

Any one else have problem with starting Interlude?

The Interlude is the start to Season 3. Subsequent releases of Season 3 (episodes 9, 10, 11 & 12) will just be updates and include the Interlude. This is the only time for Season 3 that you'll need to do the import. At the end of Season 3 (after episode 12) you'll export the saves and import them into Season 4 (episodes 13, 14, 15 & 16).
