Thing is a lot of colleges/Universities have a certain place for jobs they usually have advertisements or someone you can go speaks to about any job opportunities but in this game, it's like they don't exist

The forced drama is definitely one of the (very few ) weak points of this game (like it was in Acting Lessons), there are a lot of moments where you can really feel the hand of the dev pushing the characters in certain directions to allow events to happen in a certain way even if it is contrived, this game has plenty of that: why the MC doesn't tell Maya the truth about Quinn, as she asked him, instead of saying "she's evil just trust me"? Why he decides to leave his dorm room after fighting with Troy instead of talking to him or getting another dorm room? And of course all the Maya money stuff people already talked about; obviously all this events are needed to make the plot happen but they could be written in a way that makes them feel less forced IMO.

Well they have like what... 4 fraternities and one hangs out in the libary, because they don't have an own building. I don't think they are big, not in my book at least. But the of course - doesn't matter as long as the small part of the colleague the MC has to do with is done well. And until now I would say: it is.
