Hard to say, AL is a smaller story, so Megan is more preponderant, in the end it is still her story.For anyone that played both, which is done worse/feels more restrictive AL's MC infatuation with Megan, no matter what you do, or Fuckfaces crush on M&J?
BaDIK is a larger, more varied story. So the preponderance of Maya and Josy in the first season is perhaps more noticeable

You can set major relationships to friendships, or never advance them past initial friendship stage, fairly early on, and any sexual relations with side girls are opt-in only.
The only exception (to some extent) would be Maya & Josy who are a pair; you can focus on one of them though, although whether that actually leads to getting together only with that girl eventually, is anyone's guess at this point.
