should i wait for the official walkthrough for episode 11 to start season 3

If you have not started Season 3 yet on any playthroughs, the official walkthrough is out for episodes 9 and 10. That ought to keep you busy until episode 11 WT drops.
Personally, I think the unofficial walkthroughs are better, as they help you avoid the cheat point bombs. Both the ones I use are updated to episode 11.

I wasn't serious with that last comment, so I don't have any further thoughts about it.

I do still have a gut feeling that Cindy (so far) is a likable character but overall is up to no good, but that's all I can say right now.
I'm pretty sure there are people (besides almost certainly Stephen) that we've already seen who know about MC's heritage, but who and who's side they're on is currently hard to impossible to tell and we can only speculate about.
