The mistake she made is one I've seen many people make in my life's journey. A traumatic event happens and suddenly those desires to seek their path elsewhere, leaving behind a series of things that make their life at that moment impossible to bear, is something I've personally seen and even contemplated. At least, until maturity taught me that there's no way to run away from what hurts and harms you; many will say that it helps to change cities, professions, habits and abandon relationships that may remind you of the pain you want to bury.

It might help ocasionally, but it will never solve the problem. And in my humble opinion, Zoey's storyline is exactly about that; learning that you can't run away from yourself thinking that all of this will simply disappear. If we make this choice, we run the risk of losing something very precious that was out of focus due to our sadness, pain and mourning, until it may be too late to get it back.

Having said all that, you see, I should feel more doubtful about taking Zoey back. However, I don't know why, that's not how it happens to me and everytime I play, I just can't put my finger on what it is.

PS: I love her model, tough. Absolutely my type of girl, even if in game I'm more inclined to Sage, Maya, Riona & Quinn in terms of realtionship

from what I remember he tells helping a sick friend Jill pretty much drops in out of no where added for a surprise for MC birthday, I get her being upset she could had been like oh well we can go out after you take care friend or later if need be

DPC introduced her far too late into the actual game besides the back story w/ Bella.

DPC gave her the shittiest tat in the game - the chest piece.

DPC forced her back into our path not given the option. -> I look at Intertwined how Erynn is forced back into MC's life but if MC goes another route, Erynn fucks off unless we are helping her but its our choice to help her or not.

Had DPC maybe give us some of the interlude ex Zoey/MC's as the train station as the opening of BaD then fast forward to MC at the store I maybe would have had a little more interest in Zoey. It also doesn't help that despite the Interlude I can't tell you that much about her. Cool she likes drawing, skateboarding, & used to smoke weed. Other than that she's pretty boring IMO

The MG's and even some of the SG's are still more developed characters over Zoey IMO

The only problem with introducing Zoey earlier is that the story would have to change to accommodate her, she can't just be glued on with no changes. And when would she be introduced? Episode 3/4, with Josy and the other rejects? Use that as an example, not only are you dealing with the Maya/Josy drama, but kow Zoey is back? OMG!

What about Episode 6 maybe, sort of as a Mona replacement? It's when we meet Nora in person for the first time, so there's an argument for a late addition. What about 7, is 7 too late?

You see, on this date, MC confesses to Jill that she is the girl he falls in love with and is ready to do anything to see her, despite Tybalt's blackmail.
Jill understands that this is serious for MC.
No date > No this dialogue > They are just friends who had one date >route closed, Jill doesn't see him as a boyfriend and don't have serious feelings for him.
