If your goal is to stay on the romance path I would recommend multiple play saves.

Chick:
--- Sage, no doing anything with anyone else. However, if you do one thing with Camila like the panty raid handjob in the bathroom (Ep 1) then you can potentially get the Sage/Camila threesome in Ep 11. However, if you do the threesome you don't get the Sage I Love You scene in Ep 11.
--- Maya/Josy, no doing anything with anyone else.
--- Jill, no doing anything with anyone else. Also, if you are on the Jill path don't go over to Sage's to help her when she is sick or you miss the Jill picnic scene.
--- Bella, no doing anything with anyone else.
--- Bella & Jill. Romance both (but nobody else) and in Ep 8 you have to break up with one of them. But the end of Ep 11 gives a hint that if you do this there might be a path with the three of them.

DIK:
--- Quinn/Riona (you can do Sage at the same time to get the Quinn/Sage threesome and then break up with Sage in Ep 8 - she takes it fine.)
--- Nicole, you can't do Nicole and Nora at the same time and if you do Nicole and Lily you eventually have to pick one.
--- Lily, see above what I said about Nicole. I would also recommend keeping the Quinn and Lily runs separate since Quinn doesn't like Lily.
--- Sandy, messing around with her doesn't seem to cause any problems with Nicole or Lily at least as of Ep 11.

Any affinity:
--- Cathy seems to be a free option on any of the DIK routes, though there are only two scenes so far.
--- Jade, not sure if she causes any problems on the non-Sage routes. But I don't recommend keeping/showing the video if you do her path. I didn't do Jade's route even if I wasn't romancing Sage just because on all the paths the MC is still close friends with all the main girls and Jade's route just has so much potential drama with Sage.
--- Nora. You can only get Nora if you contact her on Swyper and are not on the Nicole path.


There are the misc girls that don't seem to currently be romance options and are just sex on the DIK affinity:
--- Mel and Sarah
--- Camila (though hopefully she will get a romance path)

--- Tiffani


And then girls that are hinted to be something in the future:

I think it's at least strongly suggested that Sage and Chad have not had sex.
When they are fighting in Ep 3:

It would be: "And it's about fucking time you start getting physical with me again, too."
So if they haven't had sex then I don't believe they have been together for a long time. I don't believe Sage would put up with no sex from her boyfriend for anything more than a few months.

They knew each other two years ago in the flashback scene where she wants to plan a party with him, but that's just because she was the HOT president then and he was a big deal in the Alphas.
