I don't think she will die but it is a huge possibility that she might remain missing for entire Ep 11.
Episode 11 is going to be about a month long, going from Thanksgiving night to at least Christmas Eve. There's no way Vinny is going to keep anyone hostage for an entire month, and no way Rio's absence will be ignored that long. Even if Quinn tries to cover this up—and I doubt she will—the teachers will wonder why she isn't going to class. Her family could make contact with the staff, or Sage trying to find out why she isn't answering her phone. Sage herself was still concerned with Mona as late as Episode 8, and that was for a girl she barely knew, there's no way she wouldn't try to find Rio.

Didn't knew it will be a month long. Then she will be probably found after students come back from home after Thanksgiving holiday.

Because of the party planner minigame, and the fact that the story pacing his been pretty slow in the first two seasons, DPC has to take advantage of timeskips in order for the story proper to end with MC's first year at B&R (not counting however he chooses to handle the epilogues). So the holidays are a natural way to mark the passage of time, and use for parties. Episode 9 to 10, that's Halloween to Thanksgiving, 10 to 11 is Thanksgiving to Christmas.

i imagine episode 12 will be new years to right before valentine's day, season 4 will open with Valentine's day (maybe another interlude lmao), and it'll be time skips of 1-2 months per episode.

I'm not american so i'm not sure, aside from spring break is there any holidays or transitions that college students would celebrate after valentine's day, until we see what we have in the game

Spring Break, and maybe 4th of July? Not sure how long into the summer USA college year goes.
Although maybe there could be a labour day party for the start of the second year as the final party of the story?

There's Saint Patrick's Day but that could overlap with Spring Break

So none of the HOTs would care or notice if one of their own went messing? Cammy (Rio's roommate and friend) wouldn't raise the alarm? Sage who shown throughout the story to actually care about the sisters wouldn't notice or care? Tremolo wouldn't notice? (if you go on the date with her). Cammy is willing to fuck Tremolo in the corridor at school while her best friend is missing?

Why would Stephen want to off a student? Aside from bad optics if it ever came out, Riona was part of the restaurant, she didn't run it, you wouldn't kill someone from the restaurant when you can just expel or suspend the person who's running it.

My prediction is she'll show up fine, upset, probably a bit shook up, likely cut things off with Quinn, and she'll be out of the rest of the update recovering
That is, if Cammy desides to go to Sage. But my gut is telling me that she goes to Quinn instaid and that Quinn will tell her some bogus reason to not look for Rio, like for example (emphasis on the Example): my people are already looking for her, just be patient. Calls MC, hey i got a restaurant offer for you, she is verry special, so you only have to pay 4$ instaid of 5$.
Then Cammy confides to MC, and he connects the dots, goes with Cammy and a few other trusted friends, who will tell others, and still mount a whole search operation, eventually Sage also finds out, either directly from MC, or from someone who is helping. then confronts Quinn, finds out about all her operations, Quinn loses face, is expelled from the HoT's, sage mad on her dad, Quinn is expelled from school. then either has to roam the street or beg Sage, propably with intel about Vinny, to do something for her, sage feels bad but demands that Quinn stops her operations, informs all the teachers about what happened between the drug operation, the restaurant and everything else.

Okey i could go on, but 2 episodes later, through the actions of Sage and others, all illegal operations are shut down, Buddy actively looking for Quinn to get payback, propably with the help of Vinny, followed by a shootout where Quinn gets backup from Tommy becouse of his hate against Vinny.

So half of that isnt based on facts offcourse. but i had to think about a fitting ending where DPC has his kills (if he is still going for that), Vinny getting what he deserves, and Tommy out of the picture for the shootout, so that the MC becomes president of the DiKs, and Lily president of the Hots and the combination of Bella & Jill as presidents of Preps. 20 years later, Sage becomes headmaster of B&R. and they all sit around a campfire telling stories about how it was when they wer students. The End.

Typically Graduation Day in college happens in late May. So barring some unforeseen circumstances, college students aren’t in school during the summer unless they are specifically taking Summer classes. There’s also the possibility of a party being thrown just because as suggested by Quinn.

You mix this up with victim blaming, but it is not. Just simple logic. The money of supporters makes it possible for the dev to develop continuously without losses. They are the regulators if a dev can do it, or cannot. If the flow of money stops, the dev will have to adjust. Not the supporter, but the dev. So in the end, while the dev does the work, the supporter is the one enabling it and thus has the most "power" in this relationship. Logically, if a dev gets bold, lazy whatever, the supporter can stop supporting him, signaling, that changes are needed. It is here, that the model fails, because most supporters are gullible, weak people, who are so addicted to the given product, that they can't come up with the balls to show who is the boss and support the bad behavior further, despite not being content. Thus, development times increase more and more. In some cases, the amount of content won't increase, or even decrease. Luckily, DPC is the type who makes bigger updates with more time given, at least so far. This update will show, if I err or not.
Yes, the Patreon supporters enable DPC to take forever.

DPC still has the option of releasing updates every 6 months (or whatever) rather than pushing the wait until his income starts dropping.

For a 2 year gap between updates, you need both a tolerant supporter base, and a slow/ambitious dev.

Supporters have the power to demand that the dev shortens release cycles, but only the dev actually has the power to do so, and that power isn't stripped from them by their supporters being willing to tolerate them not doing so.

Imagine 4 devs: A releases updates every 3 months, and has demanding supporters that hold him to that schedule. B releases every 3 months, despite having tolerant supporters who would continue funding him even if he took much longer. C releases every 2 years, and has barely any supporters, but used to have demanding ones. D releases every 2 years and has tolerant supporters that continue funding him.

Your argument appears to be that neither B nor C are possible - that it's impossible for a dev who knows they have tolerant supporters to keep up a rapid release schedule, nor for a dev who loses support to keep up a slow release schedule (particularly if, like DPC, they've already earned enough money to retire on).
