I probably missed that content: Was it the solo Sage scene at the end that you are locked out? I know MC feel remorse about doing anything with Jade, but I didn't think it locked you out of anything (I did the route with Sage-Camila).

If you don't reject Jade immediately (ep3_acceptedJade=False), you will not get the solo Sage or the very emotional "I Love You.". It just skips the scene completely.

Yep, even the fact you didn't know she was Sage's mother, doesn't save you.

It can be annoying, but I really like that choices we make, with seemingly no connection (i.e. Rusty/Bianca) have consequences.

If that's the case, I wouldn't put past it being something REALLY rough, like an hanging rope if she tried to commit suicide when "the thing that happened to her husband happened" (which I don't remember if we learnt? if he's dead, divorced?)

People suspected something like a kid room or BDSM, but it wouldn't fit the "If I had known, I would've called out for help".

She put all her husband stuff in that room (which would explain the boots) and she was ready to do it one night... the night MC came naked to the library (she was about to get in her car.. which would mean MC was seconds away from missing her...) or the time you end up sleeping at her place (she wanted to have diner to make sure Jill would have a good friend to take care of her after she's gone...). Most likely the 1st one, but still...
