Season 4 will be the last one, and the latest estimate in 2024 was 14-16 episodes (including epilogues/endings). He didn't give a clear update in his 2025 FAQ about this.

Even though that indeed are quite a few assumptions, I agree they are quite likely to have happened.

When it comes to Bella entering his room, wouldn't you think she would've entered his room more often during the montage? I know that we don't see it, but the cat is out of the bag thanks to Nick so Tremolo and Bella don't really have a reason to hide it for them (unless they still hide it just in case a non-DIK is in the house, like tattletale Arieth).

Also, It's not unlikely that the picture isn't on the wall above his desk in canon, considering Jill has come more often to his room and seems to not have seen it (otherwise I'm pretty sure she would've recognized at least Miranda), plus we see other stuff on the same wall that I'm pretty sure aren't there (like the Pink Rose VIP card or his gym-card).

If I'm not mistake he has kind of confirmed that some side girls will have an exclusive ending, but not which or how many (I believe he has at least said not all).

When it comes to Heather: I'm pretty sure that there will at least 1 route (where MC doesn't end up fucking her) where she will return with Tommy. During the panty party we find out she still have very strong feelings for him (even if her "cucumber" blowjob shows otherwise) and throughout the franchise there are also many moments where we see Tommy becoming less "assholy", mostly thanks to MC. This makes me think that there's a pretty good chance him and Heather might become a couple again.

The thought I have about Bella's room is that it has become a sort of clutter room. At first it was just some painful things she has a hard time looking on a daily basis, but wouldn't dream of throwing away. Such as a crib and other items she prepared for a baby she lost. Then other such items ended up in there. The latest addition would be her wedding photo and she forgot to lock the door when she put it there.

Not everything needs a short-term conclusion. Sometimes a long-term one is more fitting. It's just one of those small, seemingly useless details that we're meant to remember for future reference. "There's a lot of things that you don't see until you start looking for them."

Everything sounds good, but there is (for me) 1 big issue with this theory: Even if Miranda doesn't know that Lynette's dead, she should've known that Lynette was pregnant. I don't know how it is in the US, but where I'm from it's quite normal to have at least your best friends close to you if you give birth. Lynette died while giving birth, so Miranda should know about it if she was close to her.

What a surprise would it be if Bella has a copy of the same photo of Lynette and friends in that room as the one MC's gotten. I've also got a theory why she hasn't seen that picture in MC's room even if she's been there: Lorewise it doesn't hang on the wall but is still in the box or diary. In not a single cutscene we've ever gotten a shot of the wall above MC's desk where we see it through gameplay.

I've never heard of the sheriff, but I believe Bella also has a secret interaction.
