The only way that I would be disappointed is if it was something silly:

Of course! How could I have missed all the signs! The locked room clearly leads to a sprawling underground complex containing:

• James, lying in a hospital bed on life support
• A drug lab, where she manufactures for Buddy
• A sex dungeon
• A secret planning room with an evidence board that Bella is using to bring down Magnar & the Nerds
• A room containing all of James' belongings and a shrine with his ashes
• An adjacent room with a shrine to Tremolo who she has been stalking
• A nursery for her deceased child
• Liam from Acting Lessons

In reality as long as the locked room leads to Bella confronting her past trauma I'll probably be satisfied. I'll be sticking with the general consensus of the baby room unless I'm convinced otherwise.

It's a means to an end. She has no problem with it.
If a guy/boyfriend tried to shame her or make her stop she would dump him in a second.

Plenty of strippers in the world also have boyfriends.

And I don't see anything in her dialog that indicates she would be ashamed to be a stripper and also have a boyfriend.
She definitely isn't the type to let a boyfriend tell her what to do.
And she also isn't the type to let society or moral pressure control her actions.

Anyway, we won't know until that story line plays out.

Perhaps there are other friends of Rox who are still around? It is possible that they told Buddy to take care of Quinn because they are incapable of doing so for various reason. If this is the case, Buddy was simply afraid of retalation if he hurt Quinn.

Another possibility is Quinn's foster family. While we know nothing of them, there is possibility that they are connected to law enforcement, althout its unlikely. Larger possibility is that they still try to be involved in Quinn's life and would simly go to the police is something bad would happen to her.

It's possible there are members of the gang that still remember Rox fondly and look out for his little girl, but he died over a decade ago. Even if there are a few of his buddies still around, aside from Buddy himself, they don't seem to care enough to intervene or have much influence. If anyone important in the organization was standing up to protect Quinn, I think we probably would've met them at some point and Buddy would've had a "if it weren't for x sticking his neck out I would've thrown you in a ditch" or whatever line. It's not impossible, but to me it doesn't seem likely that Rox's name still holds enough sway over ten years later that people are sticking up for his kid after pulling a stunt like this.

I actually do think one of Quinn's foster parents being a cop seems pretty likely, but they don't see the types to help her here and she's very much not the type to ask for help. They're aware she's backslid into criminal activities, particularly around narcotics, in the past. They were not happy. Quinn directly says shes lying to them about it now, so I imagine if they found out they might just disown her, considering her a lost cause. And maybe that will happen if she gets a bad end or whatever, but I don't think that's going to be a fixed outcome; I think at the very least, if you're on her path, you'll be able to warm her up to accepting help from others and me ding fences with her foster family. So that means they can't be forced to get involved by the story.

And I don't think just being a stripper would trigger that. I don't think she is remotely embarassed by stripping and wouldn't have any problem dating someone and stripping.
That's why I believe she does take part in the VIP customer activities and that is what she sees as being incompatible with an actual relationship.
So she would need to stop that, which would cut down her income.

But like I said, we won't know until the story line plays out.
