Maybe it could be that the board is for just the most notable members of each frat. So perhaps you could see the likes of Dawe, Anthony, Caleb, and Chad along with MC, Derek, Rusty, and Tommy. Dawe and Anthony get on it because they're Pres and VP respectively, same for why Rusty and Tommy are on it, MC is on it because he's the protag and the party planner, Chad is on it because perhaps he helps facilitate this truce and he's a Jock with more notoriety in the story than the others, Caleb gets on it because he's probably the Jock with the 4th most notoriety and a major obstacle for both the MC and Chad, and Derek gets on it because he's Derek.
Another potential way to change it would be for the DIKs to combine into maggot pairs. That way there would be free slots, but how you played the previous rounds wouldn't lose meaning. Leon's score and Jamie's score would combine into Leon/Jamie score which would simply be the average of where they left at ep 11. Same for John Boy and Jacob, Rusty and Tommy, and Derek and MC.
4k or fullHD makes not much of an impact in development time. Its more an hardware issue... which is none cause DPC has peak hardware. Overall it MAYBE increases the development time by... öhm... 5%? That is absolutely not happening, and no, what happened in Ep 11 does not set any kind of precedent for that. In Ep 11 he was at the party then has the option to leave to be with the girl(s) he's in a relationship with. In Ep 12, this is the big season finale party where a lot of dramas will come to a head and he's not going anywhere because there's only one party.

First of all, no it isn't. It's not at all unrealistic that the DIKs get put in charge of organising a NYE bash for the college because as you like to point out, they do host the best parties so they're therefore good party organisers. It's also not unrealistic to think that this is done and suggested as a means to mend fences between the frats, that the DIKs and Jocks will be made to set aside their differences for one night so there's no fighting over the HOTs. Honestly, this is exactly what's called for in this situation and far more likely than anything you've suggested.
