I think you need to refresh, or take for the first time, a U.S. government course. "Also, that's not how the First Amendment works." OK, then tell me how you think it works. I already know I'm right, but you aren't even offering a counterpoint. In no way, shape or form can Cathy use the 1st Amendment to protect herself from getting into trouble or from termination, as you indicated.Actually that's not true. Have you ever heard of the civil right's act? If you own a business you can't just say that you don't want to serve certain people, or you can't say you won't hire certain people. And if you want to fire any of your employee's you better have a good, legal reason.
Also, that's not how the First Amendment works. Are you sure you are an American? Because you don't seem to understand this at all.
How is the civil rights act relevant to Cathy fucking a student? Is she being discriminated against because of her race, country of origin, religion or sex? She can, and will get fired if it's against the school's code of conduct. The CRA has nothing to do with employee misconduct.
Nothing you are saying even remotely approaches a cogent argument. That's what I get for feeding the troll.
