Should be the Cathy BJ variable in EP 5 if you have the mod installed you can edit it in the cheat menu under Cathy

Well first I'll have to check the changes made to previous versions and fix/change those then check the new version, update the cheats and do walkthroughs for free roams and then test it all so it'll take a few days.

Gonna take him 3-4 days passed on past updates.

I haven't tried it yet but when 0.7 came out and broke old saves this fix made them work until scrappy updated the mod so make a backup and maybe give this a try.
