First off, thanks for playing and writing up your thoughts, feedback like this really helps make the game better!

I'm aware that the presentation can use some polish, in fact, that's been a main focus for the upcoming version (you can see some of the in progress work on it in previous posts). I focused more on an aesthetic polish, but you may have a point about the need for some UX polish as well. I'll take a closer look at the menu hierarchies to see what can be streamlined. If you had specific pain points, please let me know (either here or by PM).

Many of the things you mentioned are indeed expensive in either money (voice acting) or time (better animations and sound). Working on a passion projects' budget does have its limitations. In time (and with patrons help), I hope to get to those concerns. At the very least, I will be spending some of my time after the final release exploring new animation tech.

I'm glad you had a good experience, and I'll let the artists know you like the outfits and the wife's design. Everybody likes getting positive feedback :)

Well, just gonna be straight forwards: to change her outfit fully, you need to go through the menu 3 times for the most minimum set of items. Picking a piece of clothing boots you back to the "talk to your wife" menu. If you're thinking about adding more outfits, that's numero uno to fix, 'cause that's a fuck ton of clicks where you can just make it 3 or 4. Also, if you need music, I'm a music producer. Pretty sure you've got a stock music library or something laying around, though. It's also eerily quiet, so some music and some sfx would be nice. Also, like I said, voice lines and more animation. Do you have any idea how hard it is to jerk off to just a pic whilst having to click with your non-dominant hand, my dude? Harder than my dick for the character of the wife, whom you've crafted wonderfully, so there's not really a need in change there.

Text dumps out the way, great work, keep it up, just don't let it become "another Unity game eating up the market" by letting it become a simplistic semi-VN. There's too many of those already, the market is saturated and this game has soooo much more potential than being obsolete to RPing on Discord smut servers, my man... It's a fantastic premise with a pretty good execution so far. I'll be getting paychecks soon from my new job, so consider me a future patreon if this next version is as good as you promise!

@SamtheManHamSam I had to stop and stare for a moment there, I was working on the outfit system all week, and didn't even notice the issue. Thanks for the heads up, it was a simple missing flag on all the outfit options, fixed.
I'll let the next release (coming near the end of the month) speak for itself then :)

Update time!

This week was filled with a lot of tiny tasks meant to improve the overall polish of the game. Things like: Going over typos, fixing minor animation mistakes, adding a basic bell sound when you click the bell and a way to mute it, minor rewrites to some early game actions, finishing up the new outfit system, streamlining some menus (thanks again for the helpful feedback @SamtheManHamSam !), all the while working with BDOne on revisions for that last art commission.

At this point, I feel version 0.11 is as good as it can be, and only waiting on that final piece of art, which should be done soon enough. So until then I'll focus on pre production tasks for version 0.12 like writing script outlines and finding visual references for the artists.

Unless something horrible pops up in testing, you can expect the version to drop sometime during the week, or the weekend at the latest.

you know something that would be pretty nice, and wouldnt be hard to implement? hair coloring, not only it would be a nice money sink (buy hair tinture in the shop), it could be done in alot of diferent colors, like black, to blue to red, and so on. hell, could even add multiple types of red for example...

Probably going to be hard unless Mipmip want to change the gallery images to correspond to the hair color.

that's something that i had not taken into account, however, it might still be doable, if its implemented one color at a time, and the galery be a "default color only". i dont know how the images are implemented, so i cant really talk about how the gallery works, but i still belive this is something that (s)he could look into, as even something so small, can add alot of replayability to those scenes.

Yeah, by technical necessity, the gallery images will generally ignore your various wardrobe choices. I honestly think that's fine.
Adding different hair colors is a good idea. There are some technical hurdles to pass before I can do that. The hair specifically was built very early in development and it'll take some fancy footwork to make it support multiple assets. And so it sits rather low on the task backlog. At least for now.

Quick update, BDOne delivered that last piece of art, which means I'm entering testing mode. This usually takes a few days. Once everything checks out (including Awolfes QA), I'll finally be able to release this version.

Version 0.11.0 is out!

This is a polish version. It contains many UI/UX changes, dialogue rewrites, typos and bug fixes. It also contains a few new events, outfits and things to buy. As well as a new outfit saving system.
Full change log and links in the OP. Have fun!

In the OP change the two ".com" in the sig URLs to ".to" so that fans can have a working sig image. You should do the same in your own sig so that you no longer have a broken image.

I'm loving this game so far. But as soon as I got to the point the wife calls you master, it really bothered me. Is there a way to change that? I mean, I get that some people like that, but it's a real turn off to me. Like, she's your wife, not a slave or something like that.

Maybe I'm on the minority though. But it's just weird to me, that you're playing a character dealing with a tough time in his marriage, and the solution to that is to turn his wife into a slave of sorts, when honestly everything already looked way better before getting to that point.

As I see, maxing out devotion causes that. So I wonder if maxing it out is really necessary or if you can avoid it?

@lo0u Yeah it's only devotion level 7 that triggers the various master references. You can experience the vast majority of the games content while at devotion level 6 (by design).

You're not the first to mention this, and I've given some thought to the matter. As for changing it, at least on the surface level, I plan to add a nickname system (also suggested by people here). That would allow you to swap out "master" for something more palatable if you choose to. When I do, I'll take your feedback into account and bake it into the devotion level up event, letting you essentially reject her proposed servitude. That being said, it will take me a few versions to get to it.
