The genre is called "tower defense". There are plenty of good SFW examples of it, but the only other TD game on this site I've seen is "summon and fusion". And I do not recommend it, because both the translation and the game itself are kinda wonky.

As porn, it's okay. As a tower defense, it's dreadful, and actively detracts from the horny. I've black bordered a bunch of BTD6 maps before this, and Jesus the tower targetting is awful. Range upgrades can't be seen at all, only the base range. Sex bots are somehow more busted than Bloonchipper, and can be comfortably spammed onto the track to instantly have sex with goblins (this is the strangest sentence I've ever had to type in my life). The basic towers cannot kill the base waves beyond a couple kills, unless you want to micromanage tower replacements one-handed and be too busy with that to research. Porn games are deliberately very easy, and this is not that. And your reward for your anguish is sex scenes when you click research.

I love tower defense games, and I love this dev's art style and other games, but this game doesn't really do well with the actual tower defense gameplay. It's way too simplistic, and the later waves get way too crowded for single-target towers to matter in the slightest. And guess what? There's only one tower with splash of any type! Well, technically two if you count the other on-path tower.
I see that they were at least trying to go for some sort of interesting things with the Embarrassment mechanic. But it just doesn't really work. You just put down a few embarrassment towers at the beginning and it's dealt with.
However, once you get the base strategy handled, it's pretty much smooth sailing, so you can sit back and enjoy the art.
Honestly though, this is one of those games that would benefit a lot from having a gallery mode (much more so than a sandbox)
