Ah, the joys and struggles of being a masculine man with honor and a functional dick in those pants in a completely fucked up world lol. We're basically playing the role of a walmart Capn Save a Hoe on his holy quest of turning closet and actual sluts into housewives instead of just going along for the ride, clapping their cheeks too, passing them around and dumping their asses as soon as they catch feels. Reality and logic teach us this is mission impossible and not even worth the headache cuz there's no satisfying reward in such a dumb decision just like there's no actual reward for Jake Paul to get in the ring with Mike Tyson to get his ass knocked out by a 57yo dude like him, but I'm sure an effeminate idiotic wannabe casanova can contradict reality and his women inner hoes, or at least successfully manage to fail and prove my point.
Don't have anything against the NTR path and don't really care about it, since I try to keep things strictly non NTR, but if the dev wants us to pretend there really IS actual harem content here, it's only natural for ppl to expect every questionable choice to be optional and completely avoidable, not see the two paths overlap for 'the plot'. If, for whatever reasons, this isn't the case, it'd be best for the dev to come clean about their intentions and avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and losing patrons as the game reaches its end.
It's stated in the changelog 10 or so posts above yours you have to play the update from the beginning to get the new content.

It's very boring. There is so much text that it is not interesting to know the context. And it's not a ntr but a cuckshow. It made me seriously sleepy Zzz
This wasn't an update it was just a alpha to full release. I get the frustration people feel though. I'd rather this wasn't released and part 2 when it's done, this update was included in that instead.
Personally I prefer bigger updates even if I have to wait a little longer. Unless it's a small update like this and it's been 3+ months like some devs have done. This game does have a decent update schedule honestly.
Though the reason I was replying to you was, just because someone hasn't made something doesn't mean they can't criticize, that's about the dumbest argument one can make in response to someone complaining. I haven't written a single thing aside from essays on a porn forum. But I sure do love roasting Hollywood and especially Amazon Disney and Netflix when they come out with some hot garbage. I might not be a writer but I can sure tell when something is bad.
Now this isn't the case with this game. I think this game is pretty good. Though I do think the dev is writing too many storylines at once. That would be my complaint.

Sparse updates with slow progress? Maybe dev should have picked a single path and been grateful for whatever support they got instead of being greedy and try to please everybody. Unless this is all intentional milking like someone said earlier.

I'm just going to leave this release history of Between Worlds here.
Some ree-ree's will complain about one release a year from other devs. Other ree-ree's will complain about multiple releases a year from another. There is no milking if a dev is consistently releasing content.
Roleplayer is pretty passionate about this game and has lots of ideas he wants to implement in it. But he is still only one person. If you have a problem with that, stop subbing (because surely the people claiming he's millking are subs, right?). Wait for the game to be complete if you feel you're being milked.

Harem guys crack me up. They're never satisfied unless they're on God mode in a game and always resort to, " but if dev did it this way he'd gain more supporters! " or " dev will lose supporters if he goes down this path! " yet none of them support a dev and then they wonder why NTR supporters always cuck them and harem cock block them.

Exactly. They want some perversion of a trad wife relationship. A true Alpha would shrug it off and move on to the next girl that better suits his lifestyle. Not obsess about one girl and try controlling her. That some beta ass behavior.

Yeah, that's the way it is, they say the same shit about Quonix (Guilty Pleasure) even though the dev has had monthly updates for like 2 years constant. It might have 200 renders and 1-4 animations, but the updates are constant, but yet people still complain. I mean he could save 6 updates and release them in 6 months, and there would still be same amount of content and people would still complain.
People will never be happy, most of these dev's are one man shows with real jobs on the side.

Yep, see it all the time. Devs could work on something 24/7 and still be accused of milking because the content is "not enough".
