I believe voyeurism content aren't bad, if most of voyeurs stuff are basically look at the girls when they change clothes/taking shower and if MC are female then it won't be a problem with players to see other NPCs having sex with each other. What make them considered cuckolding is because MC of your game are male(?) but without a penis and that after defeated an enemy instead of be the guy that enjoy the "spoils of war" they had to sit still and watch other have their fun which is why it didn't sit good in lot of people's mind. I'm very glad that you taking those voices into consideration and willing to change it without altering the story or your vision completely, after all players want to feel like they want their MC got something and not just look at other
I'm still believe it would be fun to have voyeurism there and then like MC spying on his girls or on the enemies and saw their sexual moment, you can even use the old scenes and redirect it instead of a defeat event it could be: When he wandering around the map like the camp at the start of the game and hear a sound and decide to check out thus saw the girl masturbating, he got a bit curious so he will watch a bit before come out of his hiding place to ask for direction which would embarrassing her and trigger the fight. Something like that
