Hello, how are you?

So...

The last few days I've been working on older scenes where it was necessary to replace the old model of Susan and Kimi (you can find some pictures below). It's done. It's something like 138 pictures, but surprisingly, it went pretty fast. In addition, I also paid a little attention to the animations, since some players started to encounter the problem of lagging again. I consider the only solution to be to reduce the quality of the animations a little. I've already tested it a bit, and I know that they don't cause any problems, but it still depresses me a little that I've got to reduce the quality.

While the old scenes were rendering, I started writing some stuff for Chapter 3. This morning, I started creating the first two scenes. As I said in

post, I'll focus on making the update big, so it's necessary to expect that it will take much longer than the last time. Currently, only these first two scenes have some animations and about 120 images, and I'm still at the very beginning. I dare say that the final number will be several thousand. It will be a long road, but I'm looking forward to it.

Things I will focus on the most:

- choices

- a large number of images

- animations

- much larger writing

- more beautiful visuals even at the cost of more time for rendering

It's too early to say any concrete things, so I consider this devlog more like an introduction to the development of Chapter 3 and to let you know that things have started to move. As for Cece... Drifty is a great guy; that's all I'll tell you for now.

It's not a change that came about now. When he released chapter 1 he said that Olivia and the MC were changed about 3 times before they got to the visual form they have now. Susan and Kimi were the very first characters he created when he didn't have much experience

I personally like the change. Susan is on a different level and Kimi is much more interesting as well

Nice game dev, but I see this notification for like once every 5-10 images... Maybe reduce the frequency or introduce a setting for notification being on/off? just a feedback. thanks!

yeah unless you limit that to a throuple or something it's a bit weird... or go the harem route, then it can work (but I don't think this is one of those). But the dev can also conveniently kill her, so there is that

Yeah, I don't get it either. Sam turned out to be the loving, caring, understanding and hot girl one could only dream of. How I'm supposed to ditch her for Jasmine?

Well, I haven't played yet and I'll cross that bridge when I come to it. Doesn't matter how awesome she is, she's more than likely going to get the axe. Because the only girl I like in the OP screens is the girl in the wheelchair.
