It is because there is not much "Light".
This is from your source file, with 1 Light on the ceiling. You can notice grains.
Maybe, if this was still rendered to 100% it can have less grains but still due to lack of enough light it wont be much clear.

I have added an extra light on the ceiling.
Now, 2 Lights with ~1000 iterations and both lights having reduced Luminance 20000000 cd/m^2
When you do render it to 100% it might look much better and no grains.

та же проблема и самим залом (скрыто в подгруппах)
the same problem and the hall itself (hidden in subgroups)
Generally building/architecture assets will not have proper lighting provided.
You need to add extra "Light presets" or "duplicate the ceiling lights and place accordingly".
Also, remember to add "Sun Light" if you need extra light from outside.
