Above two story lines can run in parallel. You are at the start of 0.18 content as far as I can see.

Next "New Job" step is way in the future several mod versions ahead.

You have unfinished personal talk with Kira near the pool from original game.
Your "I want something else" TV watching with Ann story is not finished. Witness of those events got some ideas.

If you see Ann on the bed and dialog option for having lessons with Lisa, do not do those lessons. You have only two events left to correct Cunning plan opportunity progress before getting stuck.

Your save is at the very start of the mod. Strange place to be in as normal players can finish Vicky's story from 0.15 by this time. Talk to Vicky in first dialog option and visit Ann in her room on Wednesday at 23:00.

Guides talk about Lisa and sex machine at this point. Kira got sex machine. Wednesday 3:00 or Sunday 3:00 next to TV. Kira should not see Max.

Rollback to the save before you started changing flags. Your flags do not match expected story progress. You can't have Ann working in the evening and changing roles without events that are missing in your save.

Lisa will never see Eve in this game. That talk is one of the last unfinished original game ideas. Game and mod solved military camp problem in other way. After all the things Ann will do, military camp would be the last Max's problem. Keep helping Ann on Tuesday 0:00 and Friday 0:00, keep her on her stomach and talk with her when she is in her room on other days. You need two talks in her room after repeated butt massages. Those talks happen when Max has to open the door and not just sees Ann on the bed upon entering location.

Your Ann is behaving as if she was not fired.

You should not have Changing roles opportunity active at this point, but if you want to check if you haven't fubared your save, do four private punishments with Lisa and advance story from there. Your Alice needs at least one more pleasant private punishment to figure out how she can save her butt from smacking.
