After some point in story "go to shool" starts working that way. Mod can't change. Condition is in binaries. Max meets Olivia in other places. You are stuck in some other place.

You still got two movies to do. One added by mod with Max and Alice. Other from original game with Max, Alice and Monica.
You would have to explain how you managed to get to school without doing private punishments with Lisa. Coffee shop and school are not active at this stage.
EDIT: At some point in time you did periodic night lessons with Kira and Lisa and your Mentor progress got messed up. Increase poss.sed flag from 37 to 48

Punished Lisa and Alice in public twice in your save at 18:00. Lisa by making mistakes in her homework one day before. Alice by setting her up with cigarettes midday. If I remember correctly, Max gets to punish only one sister each day. No point in setting them both on same day.
After that "I know what I want" dialog with Ann gets new option. Code requires at least two public punishments for Lisa and at least two for Alice to activate dialog. Max will have to ask at least twice for it. First time will fail. Second time depends on persuasion skill/random.

EDIT: rechecked your save. You were also missing events at 3:00 on Friday and New Career opportunity was not active. I assumed that you did that already. Finish all the movie events. Key event times are 3:00 on Friday in Ann's bedroom and 10:00 to 12:00 near the pool on workdays. Last movie is with Max, Alice and some Monica.
After Lisa's handcuffs are unlocked and you do at least one event with handcuffs and her at 0:00, you don't have to continue makeing mistakes in her homework. Do homework without mistakes and don't ask anything in return to improve her mood. You have to convince her to take her panties while at home (opens up some events at 20:00 when she is washing dishes) and start romantic relationship with her to unlock school.

Advance other stories. Olivia will be back latter in mod. This is the end of Olivia content from original game in Lisa's path.
You can't fix side effects of the pill. Max will have problems with his friend in events. It just adds variations to scenes. Bonner during breakfast will open up new location. Just advance the game further. See Clinic events from original game walkthroughs.
Several game weeks unless you are ignoring talks with Lisa and Alice about it. If you check flags, you will notice that there are eleven steps in poss.rol.

You get correct talk dialogs in Ann's bedroom when Max has to enter bedroom instead of just finding Ann on the bed when you access bedroom location. You are at first talk with Ann in her bedroom. Talk to Ann, ask Kira for advise, continue massaging Ann's butt after her work and look for next opportunity to talk. Watch TV with Ann at 21:00 (every second day, when possible) and with Alice at 22:00. "Watch TV" is not about just watching TV. Use other options. Progress in Ann+Max+Alice relationship might happen at 21:00 on Monday or Thursday. Kira will give Max some movie to watch after some talks.
You have to maintain high mood on Lisa and Ann or you might disable some dialogs. This game needs daily "Are you tired?" activity with Ann and homework with Lisa.
* Side effects, Hot coffee - you got only repeated events there. Nothing new in game or mod.
* Alice webshow will change later in game.
* Diana and Olivia - you have to reach mod 0.18 content to unlock their house again.
