I just followed her around every at night and stumbled upon progress?
Not sure what I did?
I think on one of the night when I had the option to knock or watch from outside I knocked, talked to her, and went from there somehow, I got past it though, so it's possible.

The Achievements 173 & 174 can only choose 1 of it? Is there any other way to get both of it without CHEAT MODE?

In all achievements there is something to be done in some case.
In achievements 153, 154 you need to watch the cameras in Eric's room at 23:00 Friday

I need a little help. I am on sacrifice and need achievement 141 however Kira is in the bathroom and not the pool at 3 am on Friday. Amy I missing something?

just in case anyone struggled with the Kira achievements 139 & 140, you need to ask Eric to do a sex lesson with you and Mom at 20:00 in the living room so that he doesn't disappear with Alice at night.
You might have to check it on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday the for the event in the bathroom @ 3:00 to play

I finally finished and now I'm just waiting for Kate to join Alece and Eric and start to enjoy being dominated by him
Don't think that is going to happen, Kate might put up with Alice dominating her to have sex with Max, but I don't think she would let Max or Eric dominate her.

Been a long time since I played that path but if I remember correctly you go to the clinic between 3pm and 4pm of an afternoon the day it tells you to go, i don't think there was a 'clinic' button, but rather you go to a particular room in the given hour and are asked with whom you'd like to go to the clinic with, you select who and next thing you're both in the clinic. The starting point is either the Lounge room or one of the outdoor areas?
