There's going to have to be an easier way to manage that webcam business, or another source of income (Selling drugs?), just to make it less of a grind (logging into laptop, going to site, hitting advertise, every time someone is going to have sex), and support all these women.

Yes. With Ann losing her job, Max will be the one providing for the family (Alice and Kira don't seem to contribute to household expenses even if they both make some money). Maybe this will be the next challenge: Max will have to find a way to further the corruption of his family (making them perform more explicit sexual acts) in order to keep the show running. Or maybe he will have to find a real job, thus reducing the time that he spends trying to get in his family's pants.

This is no plot hole! If Max mother and sisters finds out that he spies on them since there arrival via hidden cams they would kick him out! Same thing like asking mom to kick eric out because hes is fucking her sister, because max want to fuck her...

Except he was already at risk since he bought the cams for his site, so strangers can view his family in hot situations for money without their consent. If Ann, Alice or Lisa found out about his site, you telling me they wouldn't want his unproductive ass out the house? That's damn well more reason to be kicked out than just spying on them himself. Not to mention performing sexual acts with Kira, yeah, there are already SEVERAL reasons to kick Max out of the house. This risk would be no different, which begs the question why it still isn't implemented yet. It's a plot hole.

Granted it's only 0.4, very early in development, but if you're gonna introduce cams so strangers can view your family, why not view them yourself as well? That's literally the top idea that comes to mind with cameras involved in erotic games.

but i agree with you, he already have enough "meat on the BBQ" to think about that. the game is now open to a lot of things, sister + alex, sister + lesbian, + mom, + aunt and everything tripled cause Eric can be friend foe or out and we should never forget that the game is called Big Brother (that is top expression of voyeurism).

As far as the camera peeping concern, i thing that is too soon to say that is a plot hole, 1 cause it just 0.4 version and 2 the game is called Big Brother, he will surprise us for sure

How Eric finds out is a plothole, and has not been explained. Which is lame. Regarding the mom losing her job, I too believe it has to be with Eric being angry for losing, and or he gets exposed as the criminal he is. The developer has said that there will be two ways to get rid of Eric. But right now there is only one. If he has time, he might implement the second this update. Time will tell.

To be honest, the whole story is a gigantic plot hole.

There's a thing tha hit my mind a few times. The sex scenes look incredibly poor (in addition to the hard grind we have to achieve). When you see Eric fucking mom (2 scenes) or kira (2 scenes) you only see one image where Eric il already balls deep in them. No dick/pussy/penetration view. What would enrich the game A LOT is that if DS adds 1 or 2 more images per sex scene it will be longer and more importantly more interesting.
For example : when you see Eric banging Kira in the lobby, if there's 3 images (the first being the current one) you can go from seeing the first one, then the second one where the dick half out seeing her cunt and different facial expressions/text/ hand pointing or whatever and the third one showing the conclude (angry or accepting faces depending on you know what), maybe another angle or whatev.
This is really more rewarding and it also can lead to multiple different scenarios etc and I think it's a nice alternative to animations (if you take the animations in Dating my daughter, they look like they used a totally other system to do them and they look bad and simply not natural). I really hope DS is going that direction, but me not being a patron I can't suggest him this idea. I can only hope.

Really....this guy made protection against cheats aswell.......he is a total idiot.

I think the bug some people encountered (including me) having 0 cash and being impossible to use the cheat to add more cash could be a remain of the DRM he tried to implement. Like if you have more than xxx cash, at day 12 you'll lose everything etc. Easily bypassable imo

I seriously doubt that Max will ever be booted from the house. He is the MC after all. Maybe if this game is ever finished and a part 2 is started.

By this point DS has at least one full update cycle of things to fix. His plot has spread too wide for the original release to back up without creating odd situations. A couple updates added to the mix and I don't how he will have something solid without a rework/retcon of the entire product.

Perhaps doing another "kira visit" and evolving the house with new dialogue/clothing/default scenes etc. That way some paths can become locked, or lost, and the story can then be steered down paths that won't clash.

All it needs is some big upheaval that changes everything,... like,... you know,... Eric being dumped, the mother losing her job, or Kira discovering that she is pregnant.

This guy doesn't really surprise me any longer, but he really has no clue about gamers. I'm surprised he hasn't blurred all the naughty bits, like the Sims, thinking people would prefer it.

Now we're up to three.
1. DRM is a waste of time, doesnt work and only punishes your legitimate users.
2. People care more about actual content than achievements.
3. Cheat prevention in single player serves no purpose but to annoy people.

Agreed... If it was not a challenge, it would not be entertaining, and nobody would play it for more than an hour. Sure,.. some things need you to grind excessively, but you don't become a massage master after watching an online course, and 10 massages. Real life is slow.... I think its paced on the slower side of what is necessary, which is good. If it was as fast as some people want, it wouldn't need a percentage skill check, it would be a simple count of "has this been done 3 times already? Yes,.. ok,.. you're a master."

DS needs to tweak the grinding a little, but making it too easy to complete each grind is nearly as pointless as asking for a save position so you can see the pictures. In fact, some people can't even be bothered to look back one page for pictures, its that much effort. Theres no chance of these people grinding through the game to see them.

For a game like Dark Souls I'd agree that we were talking about a challenge, but for a game like this we are just talking about dedicating more time to this instead of other real life stuff.

Yeah, honestly, without the cheats.... i don't think i would really play this game after the first update...

I agree about the grind; there are a few grinds I'd like to see changed.

• Grinding massage is OK, but there's no way to know you are progressing the quest. There needs to be more visual feedback, or changes to the day to day massage scenes with Alice and Mom, to give you a sense of progress. The same goes for the learning to kiss scene. For both of those, I don't want to have to check the stats page each time, and I want some way to see if I've progressed and when to stop.
  
• Paying Alice ("Why are you so gloomy?"), is just over-the-top right now. The more money I pay, the longer it should last. If she is on 10 Eric affection, I should only need to pay her a small amount, but there is no way to do this without checking the stats screen and guessing. Having to do this every day is tedious.
• Buying cigarettes. Has Max never heard of buying them by the carton. It should be like the pills; buying cigarettes should give you a few uses before you need to buy more. Just thankful we don't have to keep buying chocolates every time we want to massage or each Friday night.
• Paying Mom money for private punishment is OK, but I never got punished unless I forced it, so I'm essentially just paying to reduce Eric's influence, which again is like the Alice 'gloomy' issue; paying a large amount should reduce Eric's influence for an extended time.

I'm sure there's more tweaks that could be done, but those are the ones that immediately come to mind.
