Teachers Pet is made with Ren'Py and names can be changed easily in it or by using a script. With my project, I changed mother/son to stepmother/stepson and so forth. in hopes that I can get away with it on patreon will see they may have a problem with that as well. For me, the lack of Taboo just takes away from the story and let's face it is the taboo that makes us want to play the game in the first place even though we would never consider it in real life.
Big Brother is made with Unity I don't know how hard it is to change it's probably just as easy but I can say that I wouldn't like the game if it was changed.

Regardless of how hard it was, it can't be as hard as remaking a whole new game. No... there's a reason why DarkSilver went that route. He didn't like making Big Brother anymore. He went ahead and said so in Patreon. Giving up on the game is on him regardless of what Patreon did. That's on his track record. Tens of thousands of dollars in the drain. That's his prerogative but there should be consequences to his decision.

I don't doubt he can make good games. I doubt his discipline. I personally don't think he should be trusted to make complete games anymore. He can prove my statement wrong by making Glamour until the end but I don't see the likelihood of that since he's already making foolhardy compromises in an attempt to please everyone.

DS made his decision and now has to face the consequences.
The same goes for his patrons - he lost around 1000 so far (give or take) and will probably lose more by the end of the month.

Glamour is basically a very complex and demanding game and regardless of how excited DS is about it - it wont help much with the development. His patrons count will continue to plummet and so will his income from Patreon and judging by his slow BB development progress even when he had like 3k patrons and a lot of money.... we can expect Glamour to be a fairly playable game in a couple of years unless he abandons the project like he did with BB.
The latter solution seems more viable.

When you buy an item it doesn't appear immediately, it takes a couple of days for the object to be delivered to you by courier.

Tbh, the renders are decent and the dialogue and story went from bad to okay, but the game mechanics are awful - unclear objectives, endless waiting for 3 sentences of dialogue under the guise of "content". Trial and error with repeatable events until what you need to happen takes place. Luck based dialogues. No way I'm supporting another game like this.

On another note, I'm personally not a fan of locking content under different routes though in some cases it adds to replayability. However, for an unfinished game making any more than 2 routes (referring specifically to Lisa) is absolutely ridiculous. Especially for all the reasons listed above, and the fact that most of the events have to be redone just to get the other route with Lisa.
