Hi! After new rules of Patreon that made some creators loose their pages, I´m proud to say that we are launching today an new crowdfunding platform alternative:

will make me run a mile away from this site. The grammer is aweful and it looks like a typical internet scam.
I understand if you don't have English as your native language but com on.. You want to be taken seriously change this text ASAP..

As it looks now i would't even look twice. It's the most common typical scam on the internet these days to make people klick on links but bad grammer is the first BIG warning flag to avoid them. And to be clear.. I'm trying to help here.

To be honest I don't want to hear about glamour anymore. Even if he goes through with that then what's the point? That game will be poisoned from the beginning. What you are essentially describing is two different games with the focus of one. Good luck with that. This 'compromise' is not a good idea.

Either stick with male POV or female POV. They want to do female POV and understandably, some patrons want to have male POV. This fear of losing patrons will damage them in the long run in term of credibility. The patrons will just be annoyed for not getting enough monthly content of whatever POV they wanted.

Big Brother was a great albeit unfinished game. I have no doubt they can make quality games. I just question their discipline. When people pledge money on patreon, they expect a finished game. If you tell them that you're not likely to finish the game they pay monthly for upfront then good luck getting your project funded. Sure Patreon threw a wrench into their project. But that's all it was. A wrench. They didn't destroy it. They could have easily went with Max being a transfer student or some BS like that. (Teacher's pet did that I believe)

They just decided oh better give up and make a new game. What's to say they won't do the same to this glamour game? I'm sure this game at the rate that it's going will no longer be the 'game they envisioned' either. Right now they have no credibility.

For me their credibility is now 0, a few days ago they said that they were gonna follow their idea about the game, exactly they said this:

"I can't make everyone happy, so I'll just try to realize my vision of the game and hope people will like the result. I understand that some people really want to see male protagonist and they might decide to leave. A lot of people already left. But I'm sure when we'll show people how good our game is, a lot of people will return and even more people will want to play our game because it's going to be very special.

Some things aren't set in stone, we're still going to have polls because I care about your opinion. But the main plot of the game is not one of those things"

Now it's "oh wait, we gotta change the original plan". They did an incredibly bad job with big brother mainly because of Eric, they decide to add him and then they kick him as fast as possible because some people told him to do so. The two options were, do not add Eric or add him complete.

After he stopped with big brother we find him repeating history.

This is a shitty decision as it will take time from the game, which is already quite complex from descriptions. I expect a very slow progress in this one because DS is spread too thin.

What he wants to do wouldn't bring him the same amount of $, or so he believes, so he opted for compromise.
Can't blame the guy, seems that his patron numbers aren't on the decline any more, but aren't really on the rise either.

Later there will be another poll about male character, male character will become main route of the game, while female route will be abandoned. Later the game will be abandoned as BB because of low amount of patrons and DS will return to BB. Mark my word.

Are you playing the basic vanilla version? Are you using cheats/mods?
Without supplying some more information it is impossible to identify what you need to do.

I looked at the patreon posts. This game is not on hold. It has been abandoned. Meaning we should not expect anymore developments for this game. The developers are full steam ahead for their new game. They semi support this because they felt that big brother was not the game they envisioned anymore...

Any further developments have to come from mods.

Man this is depressing. It's bad enough that there is no guarantee that patreon games would be completed, but Patreon contributing to that problem? Not just for this game. Other games are at risk as well. Superpowered for instance might have this problem as well.

Are there any decent competitors to patreon? I believe Swegabe, creator of Legend of Queen Opala, used offbeatr before but switched to patreon because of their monthly income. Kickstarter also has Drip, a potential competitor but has not released it for the public for months now. I don't see any other decent ones.

Patreon can afford to do this because they have no competition to lure customers and projects away. This is really depressing for porn games in general. I mean what would be next?

edit: Offbeatr also shut down too.

I guess this is one of those things that we all know its true (abandoned, not on hold), but no one will admit it. Hell, even DS doesn't want to admit it so why should we lol

I hope i am not to critical for your taste, but your translation sounds realy cheesy. Take more freedom in your translations(I asume you translatet it 1 to 1. Use the words mom and son more sparingly. Nobody says "Sohn" in a direct conversation ( like in the 4th pic). Also things like Komme in Mutters mund. Just say "komme in ihren Mund".
Und gut würde ich im Deutschen im sexuellen Kontext immer mit geil übersetzen.
Aber insgesamt, coole sache dass du das machst.

I do not believe him that Patreon said something. For what reason should you? There are X games with such a story. Then all should have problems now. I suspect that he is just lying, and no longer wants BigBrother. That will be everything. I do not think that there is another reason. With everything else I agree with you. and stand on your side. The donors must get a full game ...
