Its still has one of the best stories on here and the renders are crystal clear and done really good.
Its just to bad this dev is batting 1000 on abandoning his VN/games, 3 up and now 3 abandoned.
Its a wonder he still has any kind of support with abandoning all of his games.

I agree with you. The story is good, the renders are still considered top-notch up to today, and I still very much liked the way this game offers in terms of the UI. For me personally, its grinding system is a big point.
I used to support Darksilver's Patreon when they first released Glamour (remake) lol, but now I regret it.
And I'm still wishing that someone would still continue this game. I prefer this game over the other BB-kind of games, even though this game died a long time ago. The one that comes close is BB Another Story, but I hate the way Aleksey rebuilt it from scratch, so I'll just wait until he finishes the game first. At least to the point where I can trust him completely (no 'useless' updates, no late updates or at least he has the commitment to finish off his game, has a clear plan for the game, or let's say he is accountable enough), then I will support his Patreon. If he needs other programmers, he can come to me, I'm willing to help him lol.
I think the mods in particular were great, especially seduction mod is something I'd play again if I had the decrypted images since it's not compatible with v13

Please, can someone explain the development history of this game to me? I have seen several big brothers, versions 0.9, version 0.13 (which I think is the original one) versions 0.3... all are incomplete ok, but which one is the most complete? I'm playing version 0.9 of Aleksey90, I had the impression that it was the only one and suddenly I discover that there are a thousand...I don't understand anything. Should you play Big Brother from Dark Silver? is the version far from an ending or is it still playing? Please explain to me more clearly what is going on with this title.

This is the Original Game. Big Brother, by Dark Silver.
The reason other copies and titles popped up is because this was very popular.
I won't list all the other version here because it is the wrong place.
If you want to know how it all began.. Play this version but DO NOT cheat.
Game is incomplete yes, but most of the main story lines are done. The unfinished stuff is more side stories.
I recommend trying this. Cheating will however break the game as many have discovered. So just avoid that.

It is a bit unusual in that it has some actual gameplay early on, where you are in direct conflict with Eric, but DarkSilver caved in after awhile and let you kill off the competition and instead just gated all progress behind RNG checks with low probabilities. It's very very bad about having you click through multiple months of game time in order to trigger a necessary event once to advance a storyline one tiny step. The worst part is most of these remakes maintain this extremely tedious/boring gameplay element.

I just looked at his patreon. There are STILL people supporting him to this day?!?!?! Someone saying they have given over $3,000 dollars to him over the year and the guy still says he's holding out hope. :::Mind blow gif:::
