It's like a Skyrim of adult gaming so you shouldn't laugh. Dragonborn fought against his own blood and Annborn tries to fuck with his own blood so there are many similarities except for being a huge sandbox.

You are right in the part about the ending, but not quite about the branches. The game tries to create new branches but they all last almost nothing going back to the original branch. But, you are right, I base my sandbox definition in just endings.

The problem with sandboxish nature of BB is that those branches seem connected. It's like there is no real branching except for Olivia/Lisa. You cannot move plot forward without going for all the girls. It's kinda weird but looks like branching is another dumped idea connected with primal evil.

That depends on how fast you can get through the game. For me playing 12-16 hours a day can take up to 5 days to complete the game, with time spent on this site included in there.

You missed a lot of sex with Lisa and you should do the private punishment quest but you only get new option for Alice going the Olivia GF path.

when i first played the game it felt like a sandbox, bc there were a handful of paths you could choose, but the latest updates have locked the most fulfilling content behind ONE path. So, at this point, BB isn´t a Sandbox game anymore. It can change in future updates, but i highly doubt it.

Well I had this feeling as well. I think that it might be like it is now because actual plotline doesn't exist anymore and main quests are all connected with different girls so you have to pick them all to do something. It's a harem vn at this point and I can't see a way to make it a sandbox without hard backtracking.

You can get the private punishments for Alice and Lisa on the Oliva path. Though you only get the full content with Alice. You miss out on the Lisa BJ, but on the Lisa path, it's not like you don't get 3 of those a day, already.

Not at all, it will require insane amount of work. Currently we are postprocessing every single frame, animation will kill this.
