I agree that a rape scene would be VERY bad, and should NOT be part of the game, drugs may end up being included. Sadly, DS has used drugs to explain/push so much in this game that I would not be surprised if they were used again. Of course, if drugs are used so Max gets 'Lucky' with Ann/Mom it would only be a less violent form of rape.
There is 1 scene I thought was Rape (still despise and avoid). The first and only time I saw the Eric screwing Kira scene I thought it was a rape and wanted to se max grab a knife and start chopping. I hadn't read anything about that and was VERY unhappy. The Eric with drunk Alice scenes (I haven't played them) should also be considered rape (she is drugged and doesn't remember anything so date rape).
So, Rape should NOT be added. Drugs would cheapen the event (and just be a different form of Rape). So they shouldn't be a part of things after so much has happened, but may show up anyways as a way for DS to write the scene.
Just some thoughts.

i wouldn't mind it so much if whe didn't drag it for so long for the sake of spilling some money from his patrons.
if he wanted to do it with drugs/rape he could have done it a long time ago

I agree with those who think this is a new/expanded Massage scene. My hope is that DS looks back at how the early Massages worked, and has things grow over several stages.

This would let us see things grow, would allow for the images used in the scene to simply be added to instead of needing something new each step. Since early on it would be mostly dialogue changes, it could be done over 2-3 updates allowing for the rendering to be done at a slower pace so other scenes could be worked on.
A similar method could be used for the evening TV and bathroom scenes. It would be a growth over time instead of a sudden major change, and would NOT need Drugs or Rape.
Just some thoughts.
Edit: There could also be an added peeping option during the early steps so we get to see Ann/Mom relieving the 'Tension' she's feeling herself.

In short I think it comes down to inconsistency. Many time's we've been promised/led to believe one thing and the opposite occurs. There's several dead end plot lines which just stop and have been left hanging for a long time and scenes which have remained unchanged despite radical changes in the characters relationships. Some charachters such as Kira have been essentially ignored for months except as a exposition device to move other plotlines along. There are those who think the amount of content produced each month isn't justifiable for the amount of money the dev makes. Theres also ALOT of griping because the plot has/hasn't developed in a way that specific person want's and a fetish that is/isn't in the game which a person does/doesn't like.
