Easiest way I found is to look at the top of the page and click 'watch' beside thread tools. You get a little marker on the top right that tells you when the treads you are following have had something added (the number is how many threads have something new.

It's not tagged as incest on Patreon anymore. DMD had the bestiality tag and it got removed. I really think it's a scandal that this game continues to be mislabeled, you should do something about it.
