I just have this feeling that Ann and Max are masturbating over each other in these previews. Either that or grinding on each other. We've been wronged so many times in these previews already that I have trust issues now.

Bait? Could be bait. It's not the first time he's teased something only for it to be extremely underwhelming. It's been that way for quite some time now. Even if we do have sex with Ann in this update, I have this feeling it's gonna look so average with the same angles and positions he always uses.
once again, DS promised it will happen in the next update (poll). if not i think he'll lose half of his patrons.
So i don't see why the big doubt here.

I never saw the poll, nor any conversation like that, that's why I've had doubt up to this point. If it's as you said, that's good. All that's left to be concerned about is if it'll look as average as usual or actually look spicy this time.
