Romance: Unless it's with Ann, Lisa, Alice, or Kira, then no. Even if it was with them, it would probably be no, because DS has proved he can't mix incest and romance.
Sex with Lisa: I hope to God this wins. It should, because it's the longest overdue, and the least likely thing for DS to screw up too badly.
Anal with Ann: Definitely a tantalizing choice, but not as high up there as sex with Lisa.
3somes: They've had them already, although horribly done. Boring. Let's focus on finishing the 2somes with the key family members first.
Sex with Olivia: Wait, we've already had sex with Olivia. Oh, right, no we haven't. I suspect some people may waste their votes on this though.
BDSM: Really? This is up for voting? It's almost the only fetish in the game as it is right now. It's watered-down, but we've been given enough of it already.
Breastfeeding/Pregnancy/etc: Not a fan of breastfeeding. I would like pregnancy, or at least the girls begging Max to impregnate them during sex. But not in this update.
Outfits: Too much time has been spent in the game focusing on nudity. Sexy clothing is pretty useless at this point. We've already seen sexy clothing in the porn movies anyway.
DDLG: Do you really expect Max to be the DD in that relationship?
Vicky story and sex: Yes, let's focus on the most boring character ever introduced to the game, who seems to have autism.
Another male: Nope. Just no. I'm not against other males in my sex games, but DS has shown he can't do it right.
Max shoots porn with another actresses: Eh... maybe? Somewhere down the line?
Another person living in the house: Too vague. Male is a non-starter. And where are they going to sleep? Are they related to Max?
I have a huge fear that somehow something other than "Sex with Lisa" is going to win. Probably something really stupid, too, where people vote based on "Oh, I like that fetish" without considering "Wait, isn't DS just going to screw that up too?"

Unlocking 0.12 events
Some players have problems with starting 0.12 events, so I'm going to write here a hint.
If you want to try unlocking everything by yourself first, this is your spoiler warning.
Here's how you unlock 0.12 events:
Ann has to catch Max and Alice in the living room
Alice has to catch Max and Ann in the living room
Ann has to catch Alice punishing Max and Lisa in the living room
At some point Ann will catch Max giving cuni to Alice and they will have a serious conversation about Lisa.
Having this conversation is required to unlock 0.12 sex ed lessons with Ann.
I'll think about changing the requirements to make unlocking 0.12 sex ed easier.

One thing I want to point out for the last update and many of the new teasers. DS has STOPPED hiding the Pussy. That was a thing not long ago, and since the 'Reveal' I haven't really see any comments about it. To me this gives hope that DS has listened to something that makes the game better, so HOPEFULLY he has listened to the need for sex scenes to be better as well.
The next update will indicate if things get better or stay the same. I hope things get MUCH better.
Just a thought.
P.S. I also hope DS focuses the camera more on the Ladies and less on Max.
