I also play Dream of desire. The girls is BB look much better the renders in BB in general are better (my opinion)

I don't mean the girls. I mean the way the sex scenes are handled. BB's sex scenes are all very simple and average. Far away shots, hiding any penetration, hardly see vagina, Max's cum face. All of that. Dreams of Desire has close up shots and angles it's sex scenes to optimize the sexual experience for the players and fully explores the fetishes listed. BB does almost nothing like that. It's a foreplay fest with underwhelming sex scenes with the same 2 positions.

Also, the renders of BB are fairly simple compared to the detail of Dreams of Desire. The lighting, shadows, skin texture. As far as graphics are concerned, DoD is more detailed. I prefer BB's simplicity though. I'm fully aware it's your opinion. You don't have to announce it every time. This is all strictly an opinionated discussion.

The Twist: the graphic is shit and the MC is even worse.

But it has a focus, does it not? The Twist knows what it wants to be, and every update has a focused idea of where to go. BB says it will be something, only to scrap it or shelve it because the polls say otherwise. There's no plan in place.

DMD and Dream of Dana are also not as good both graphic and story.

DMD's story is consistent and progressive. It's long, sure but a story is being told. A consistent story is being told. The incest relationship between a father and his daughter. It explores both sexual and romantic sides of this. Dreaming of Dana is the same way. There is constant progression with one or a few, if not all the girls of the story. I haven't touched Dana since about June, though I intend to.

I you know any game in same level of graphic quality as BB please tell me.

Ultimately, it's your own taste. I believe Dreams of Desire's renders are superior graphically. (Though I prefer BB's simplicity like I said.)

But one thing that The Twist, DMD, DoD all share is this: Consistency and an understanding of it's next step. BB has like 6 different opportunities that have no future in sight and introduces new characters only to have polls that disregard their effectiveness instead of going along with his own ideas. Characters like Vicky, the nurse, Olivia, Kate, all these characters could have true progression had it not been for DS's indecisiveness.

All these characters when the majority have previously voted to see incest...like the game's title. So why create more characters if the poll you constructed voted against that very idea? What was the point of the poll then? I like Vicky. I wanna see more of Vicky, but I likely won't any time soon because @DarkSilver doesn't think these things through thoroughly enough.

You say Man of the house is building, ok, but so far it has far the same sex if no more than BB. In BB You get HJ and BJ from Mom, anal, HJ and BJ with little sister and HJ and BJ with older sister...in MOTH you have the same (just changing argument-wise-stupid-anal for Vag sex), plus you can have a BJ from sister's friend and see casino owner, pizza lady and gym Blonde nudes. In half of the time it has gone same lenght than BB.
Are graphics worse? I like more BB but graphics are personal taste as art is.

It is awesome that the fan art thread has so much content. @FunFiction has a lot of quality work as well as the artist who did the beach scenario, sorry their name escapes me. I wish they would continue that one. But a lot of not all the work is tier and I wish them all continued success on the projects.

The DS is getting low of fantasy. Two spoilers with Max's dick and Ann's vagina both with the same name "No comments". Why produce duplicates? There's so many opportunities for cool screenshots, for example: morning shower, evening bath, night in Ann's room. Perhaps it will be in future, but for now it's not so impresive. Anyway i liked it. =]

i'm also convinced the man is completely dry inspiration wise. Though there wasn't much in the beginning.

I hope the sex with Ann (if there is any) doesn’t play out like the massage sequence, where as it takes weeks for her to let him fuck her after weeks of rubbing and grinding, as this would then only be a few images repeated with either a different dialogue or new scene each time. Also I hope there are multiple pictures of the sex scene and not just the 1 or 2 images

I see many posts about what games people like and want to compare to BB. But i also see that we have very diffrent opinions on what a game really is. BB is a game. MotH is a game. You play it with many options that effect the outcome and story and how it all plays out. Stats and personal choices change the experience. Not true sandbox, but there are elements of sandbox in them. Like the first GF path choice you make in BB. (yes DS went a 360 on that and we no longer have anything but Lisa to choose from) The idea was originally there tho.. multiple path, choice, game.

DoD, DmD or any of the hundreds of Renpy oriented games are simply VNs with little to no gameplay involved at all.
Most of them can be played holding down ctrl key and you reach the end in less then 5 minutes. The choices are all left or right but leads to the same point regardless. Some scenes you may never see if you reject a character but thats it. You are simple watshing a prewritten VN with a few options to bypass some of it's content.

Ofc you can like one better then the other and there is no wrong or right. It's just personal preferences.
But for me the Renpy playstyle bores me to death. I want something to work on while i game. I guess my index finger does get a workout from spamming the ctrl key perhaps :winkytongue:

You could argue that it did at one point, but clicking wait isn't any better than spamming the ctrl key, which is what DS let it become. Frankly I see nothing that could'nt have been done in Ren'py with a lot less headache with the story (still shitty) he has now.

All I see is a game written in Unity that never needed it at this point or ever. There's no 3d modeling so why bother ?

I wont pretend to understand his reason for using unity for this either since he has done nothing that cant be done with Renp'y. I suspect it was under the illusion that once the game was finished that he would be able to apply some sort of DRM to it and make it a premium game (speculation) I see a lot of valid points in this thread that are actually very helpful. Perhaps not helpful to DS since he seems to be doing whatever he wants regardless, but certainly helpful for those of us with games in development.

BB is not a sandbox, it is a linear game. At the end of the day, regardless of your choices, you still end up in the same place, trying to fuck your mother and sisters. Sooner or later everything converges to that point.
