If you get mods and you need help ask in the mod thread for help because we only help here with the original vanilla game.
Your first play through should be vanilla with no mods.
Is there a way to do anything with the blonde tattooed chick at the studio? Always get stuck with her wanting me to apologize.

There is no tattooed chick in this original vanilla game, you must have installed a mod or something for that.
Go to the mod thread for help with modded content.

So how close is this to completion? Its tagged as abandoned. Does this mean its only half way finished?
Hard to tell, largely because of too much that was unfinished before being abandoned.

Yes it is very hard to tell how far it was.
There are many hours of game play and it never ends.
If you know what to do you can fininish all content in about 40 hours, but for new players it could take you 60-100 hours to play this all the way through.
There are 3 paths to take, Olivia girlfriend path is the lowest amount of content with both Lisa girlfriend paths the most content.
Olivia = 2 nights a week sex with Olivia. (Sex with Alice can be had if you want it that is.)
Lisa = HJ, BJ anal sex daily, 1 threesomes plus Max fucking 2 different sets of girls side by side (1 set is anal) and even more.
(Sex with Alice and mom with anal sex with Lisa daily plus more.)
tarintarin One key thing a1fox3 neglected to mention, is that to get the most content (or from start to "finish"), you need to follow a specific path (with only one negligible alternative once on the "main path"), which you'll find on the first couple posts from him in the Walkthrough & Questions thread, linked in the OP.

can u share a save here..i want to go into Lisa GF path..i got into olivia path easily , now am in loop with mom also where i have done couple of porn movies with her then she sent to the doc due to unexpected erection after completing that quest i am stuck in a loop

No there is not 1 single walkthrough for this game because there are many different ways to go to get all content.
The best we have is in the "The Big Brother Walkthrough FAQ" thread in both post #1 and #2.
