@DarkSilver Sad to hear that you decided to put BB on hold. I don't know how difficult it would be to patch/rewrite or other to make the game in line of ToS and still keep the game as is through it. I will stop my support until you decide to go back to BB if you do that at all. Female mc is not what I look for in a game. But best of luck.

Having a female MC will turn people away for sure, now, should it turn people away? Well, yes, nothing wrong if playing a female MC is your thing, but I know it certainly isn't mine, and you can't tell people what to like or what to play, specially on a porn game where certain things will turn some people off. I won't even try the game.

I'm not telling people anything, don't get the wrong impression. I'm just expressing my point. I prefer to play as the male MC, but I have no problem playing as the female MC. A simple change in gender isn't gonna steer me away from what might be a good game. All I'm saying is, "Don't knock it til you try it." You might actually enjoy it.

Screen from Glamour looks amazing. It really might be something great tho I'm probably too optimistic. My only issue would be that female in corruption game (all adult games with female protags are corruption) should be as innocent as it's possible so virgins are essential for me. That's the only reason I can't feel Good Girl Gone Bad. But overall I'm pretty content as it's definitely something with bigger potential than late BB. I hope there will be a lot of non-erotic content as well cuz BB rather quickly was all about porn and everything was about sex

For games with a female protagonist I either think of them as someone I'm going to meet or try to get into their mindset. Perspective shifting can be interesting all on its own.

at some point in life each person has to make choices. these choices, even if not shared, must be accepted and respected. so we respect the choice of DS.
Now it is unfair to criticize the new game (Glamor) without even having tested, seen, tried ... I personally will evaluate it when it comes out but for now I do not talk about this because this is the discussion on BB and not on Glamor (this will have a discussion of his own, like every new game on this forum).
but speaking of BB I do not think it is in "freeze" mode ..... I think it is definitely abandoned. the reason why? I do not think that started a new project, this is suspended to resume an old one (it was supposed to freeze from 2-3 months ... but I think it will take more time, as long as DS is really looking for and implementing new solutions) .... over time you can lose the thread of history (from the creator), lose motivation, or simply the product has lost interest and fallen into oblivion. so in my opinion BB remains there ... stopped at the next update.
a curiosity .... it was already a few months ago that DS has made the name of this new game ... and seeing (in comparison to the efforts that the other creators are doing in its same situation) with how easily it has abandoned the project in course to give life to a new .... I wonder, if everything was already planned, if you only expected the "push" (Patreon censorship) to leave the old and start with the new ..... but these are only my suppositions ... my thoughts. if BB is "freeze" or "dead" we will find out over time .... how much time? nobody can say

You have a point.
However.... I supported DS for a year because of BB... Not for glamour or the new Glamour now.
Will it be a good game, probably yes... But i am not paying for that (yet), i am paying for the game BB.

Should a keep paying DS now he froze the game?... If a have a 100% guarantee that BB will continu later this year then i will keep paying him.
But i am not paying someone just for dreams and hopes that he promises, and to be completely honest... How he handled this matter with patreon did not filled me with trust if he promises something :p .

I really don't know if he continu's BB later this year.
On 1 hand i think that when he starts Glamour that he will lose all his motivation to go back to BB (and thats logical).
But one the other hand, i do believe that he is going to lose quite a bit of money without BB... And nothing motivates people more then money these days....

But i am not paying someone for nothing.
I am paying someone for a product/service, if that product/service is gone it only makes sense that my money goes away with it.

Like i am paying 5 bucks to Crunchyroll every month just for DBS, but when that ends in March my payments will go away with it....
Not going to keep paying for something that's not there :p

i will keep on supporting..everyone needs a income and DarkSliver DID NOT say BB is done..Darksliver said BB is on hold until they work something out..so why not
