You have to exercise with her to gain points, but not the ones that say "repetition".
What mission do you have active with her?
Then, at the end of the exercises (the ones that don't say "repetition"), it has to give you points, of affinity, if it gives you points of sexuality it's that there is something wrong.
(Also keep in mind that all the exercises must be done to give you the maximum points).

I just tested your save file and it works fine. It gives me 4 points if I do all the exercises ("Other exercises"), I have repeated the visit 3 times to reach more than 80, the next mission has been activated which is to give her a gift (buy her a sports dress), I have bought it and everything has gone well.

i use the version downloaded here, strange i retrived again, when i have new serie exercices , count stop
I tried it with v0.2.4c, but any version v0.2.4 should work for you, as no modifications have been made to Katia's path.
If it still doesn't work well for you, I can send you your save file with that part passed.

finaly iuziped again on other hard drive, deleted all saves in roaming too, renamed in 1-1-lt, copied in both location, i passed 72 points, what hapened, i have no idea to help
