Had the same problem, and the solution is the same: Use the console to raise the woman's (here: Cherry) lust and you should be able to continue:

I got a staggering amount of missing image errors during the sex scenes. Are they still only rendered with the whitebread MC?

gregers: just use another char or click ignore. I guess the dev just tested the first playable char... Every Char got his own image set. Don't know why he didn't look at the image-count for each char to get it right. Maybe he just forgot it...

BTW, what about the glass dildo? (I found it on the garage-part - seems to be the only situation in the game where you can use the map and city map by yourself...)
